I wouldn't recommend this place for a experience I had Today in the morning, the Monday of December 5th of this 2022 with the auxiliary nurse . I may have had bad luck, but this is what happened: I went there to do a ''depistage'' of streptocoque, but once we arrived, after a 30 minutes of waiting, she started to say directly that I should have check my mails, there was for unnecessary requirements, like a prescription from a doctor. I then say I checked my mail and that I have only received something related to my identity (the RAMQ, carte maladie, etc). And then she said in a very rude way, that she also has a live. That is sad, because I never mistreated her. I only said I mostly check my phone for calls. She did not have to be so rude to me. Is not cool, specially when you're having health issues and pain in the body. And I remember that when I called to 811, they said to me that there is no need of a ''prescription'' for streptocoque and that it was weird that she was asking one. Anyways is the way she said the things and mistreat me. Is not nice. Not polite, not professional, not ethic being so rude to their clients, and I was always polite. Finally, I just went to Jean-Coutu and they did it to me for only 30$. And 811 was right, no prescription was needed...Edit for the response: I understand when the law requires it, and I wont be mad about it. My real problem was with the way I was treated back there by the staff. It was very unpolite from her, and that's why I'm complaining.

Tout s'est passé à la perfection, l'infirmière super accueillante et organisé!

Prix compétitif et infirmière sympathique: quelques accrochages mais au final excellent service. J'ai compris que la clinique est encore en phase de déploiement/croissance ce qui s'est fait un peu sentir, mais le personnel et la direction sont allés above and beyond" pour satisfaire mes exigences. Je recommande!"

Super belle expérience je recommande vraiment cette place. L'infirmière est très professionnelle, rapide et efficace.

Excellent service, infirmière à l'heure et sympathique. Résultats reçus dans les temps (et même avant). Une mention spéciale à Annie Pier B. qui a été d'une efficacité redoutable pour m'aider dans le remboursement d'un premier rendez-vous annulé. Chapeau!
