Perfectly Polished Medi Spa & Nail Studio

This was my first time visiting and I had a gel manicure and pedicure done prior to a wedding I was going to. My nails ultimately were pretty good although definitely not the best mani/pedi I've had. There is some bubbling in the gel but they look decent. The process took about 2 hours which was longer than I was quoted, which I didn't mind except it was so quiet in the salon, no TV or anything to watch or listen to. The price was also double what I would have paid in Vancouver. I expect to pay more for things like this in Nelson but $150+ for a gel mani/pedi is way too much.

The service wasn’t friendly after I had mentioned all of this, this experience has me reeling and I’m still in Pain two months after the fact, however the piercer nice and I was nonsupecting at first, however the ear piercings done is not pain free as advertised after upon jewellery removal, the jewellery had clasped between both ear lobes and clenched into my piercing the point of me panicking furthermore giving myself more pain than necessary to remove the jewellery also had been chosen by myself. yes it was accomplished with a gun. However if I had a daughter or child I would protect them fro. This any mean’s possible. The services weren’t there to protect your child from these clasps I worry, and possibly to use them in thier practice. These clasps will ruin some child’s beautiful ear lobes!! This is why I write this review for this site. I have this place one ⭐️ even then it’s too much I might add this edit also have found the owner to be rude after all said and done I am a adult concerned with any child who might ever had the worst experience of their life there as I did even if an full grown adult woman. It’s now two months later after this edit I still hurt my ears enough that I will never wear earrings ever again.

Took my Gran here to get her nails (and my own) done. Everyone was fantastic and very accommodating with my Gran and the issues she was having with her toe nails especially. Couldn’t have asked for better service or a friendlier place.

I called Sue today hoping for an emergency pedicure at the last minute for a function tomorrow, she was fully booked but she magically fit me in. She did an amazing job, and was super knowledgeable and informative, answered all of my questions, gave recommendations and made my neglected toes look and feel amazing! I would highly recommend them and I plan on going back with all my friends and family :) thank you so much Sue for the rescue today, can't wait to see you again!

I've had excellent service at Perfectly Polished. Anu and Sue are both friendly and professional. I've had nails done and piercing done and they are always careful and attentive. I also didn't realize they have numerous body sculpting machines and offer dozens of services with frequent specials.

Emily did an amazing job on my nails, was super kind and attentive. 10/10 would come again.Massage chairs worked, place was clean, staff was super friendly and attentive.

I just had a wonderful experience getting a pedicure from perfectly polished in Nelson. My toes were in rough shape & Sue did a fabulous job making them pretty again. She was lovely and very professional and efficient! Thank you!

Absolutely tremendous service. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends. I required only a small nail repair while visiting from out of town. Anu made me feel so welcome. She took great care in assessing what nail products I had in place and choosing the best way to repair the nails I needed. She even apologized for not having enough time to do a full set of nails for me! I have visited a local spa/salon for nails in the past and I can attest the service at Polished was superior and the technician more experienced.

Informative speedy and professional. Sue gave me a smoking deal and was courteous and detailed about the healing process. Excellent service.
