This is my experience with this developer and my opinion only.We lived in their Brentwood Gate low-rise in Burnaby and it was the most shoddy construction we ever experienced - thin and hollow cabinetry, worst off-the-shelf finishings of all developers and the building is terribly framed - laundry use by your neighbour upstairs will shake your whole unit, vice versa, not to mention the paper thin walls / floors.Even worse, the building did not have any security fob system and your short-fused neighbour downstairs can come up storming up and knock on your door asking you to turn off the laundry machine because his unit is shaking by your usage and his baby needs to sleep. I never felt safe living there!By our grit we got out of that s hole. This review was years too late but it still applies today based on what they build now...still. I'm writing the review now because my buddy wants to buy a place built by this developer and I secretly hope this review may anonymously find its way to his computer screen so that they seriously reconsider.Stay away, if you can.

Building for soo many years and is capable of delivering a building where the intercom of the visitors garage is located on the passenger side... :/ - visitors now have to come out of cars to press the intercom ... also they planned a garage spot besides the shading station and when asked to change spots not only refused but said that the city approved... and only after I said that if I ever fell there I would sue them, they agreed to change but charged me an administrative fee at the end ... :(They’re motto seems to be: - it meets the code.

The developers don’t keep their word.Not transparent with the client. If you show interest in a specific unit, they will increase price the next time you visit. I felt really bad and cheated. @cedarcreeksales

Over 100 years in building business???Bought into their 3 year old development a few months back in Burnaby. These are issues plaguing the (fairly new) condo project - all 3 elevators need replacement cables, boilers failure leading to no hot water for residents over a stretch of a few days, water supply interruptions, some front doors to condo units do not close providing no security to individual owners...Reason why we purchased into an almost new development is to avoid big and small issues named above. Most of the above did not make it onto the strata minutes...

Own a condo built by Marcon/ledmac. Poor construction. Have water hammering in pipes that go off in the middle of the night, reported issue under warranty and not fixed yet after almost two years. Have documented video and audio evidence for two years too. Considering taking legal action as they've been ignoring me now.

**STAY AWAY - REALTORS/MORTGAGE PROFESSIONALS ALERT** Of all the developers I have dealt with, this has to be the absolute worst in my experience. If you are a client be very aware Ledmac is unwilling to cooperate to assist when it comes to closing time. Requested a simple letter of confirmation of deposits which competitors such as Concord Pacifica or Bonds group (Tate) would easily issue but after going through the ringer they are unable to comply nor a simple email to acknowledge that a client has paid them money in a form of a letter for an assignment. Reception Amanda Butler was however responsive and is nice except she was unwilling to give me the contact to their supposed VP of sales who could make a decision and apparently the VP was on vacation so the whole LEDMAC operations stops until she returns? I think she may need some training on how to handle requests other than mentioning the words company policy over and over again.

This developer only cares about themselves. They find every excuse possible to REJECT presale assignments even during COVID, when purchaser/clients have financially difficulty. GO with another developer ! !
