I have been using their services for the past 7 years since moving back to Canada from the US and they are just the best! They are so friendly, reliable, they help you out whenever you need it. One time I was late with my payment for my mailbox and they told me not to worry about it, I could pay it the next time I was in. Any other company would have closed my mailbox. Always a pleasure going in there and Denise is becoming a wonderful friend. Their after hours pick up is really convenient. I would highly recommend them for anything mail or shipping related.

To my fellow Vancouverites who need mail services across the border: look no further. This place has great service and affordable rates for all your needs, not to mention the convenient location (3 minutes drive past the border). I haven’t yet dealt with staff, as I always request my packages to be left at overnight lockers so I can beat the border traffic. Their website is very easy and intuitive as well. Definitely recommended!

They offer great service for very reasonable price. I did research quite a bit since my package place and mailbox place closed due to pandemic. I needed overnight locker, personal mailbox rental and shipping options. They got them all. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Turnaround time for package arrival to become pickup ready is very good as well.

I chose Security Mail Services because of other reviews, and so far they've lived up to their great reputation. I get my mail forwarded and they hold my packages for pickup. They're friendly and genuinely helpful. They may be a bit old school, but their systems work, and the personal attention can't be beat. I get a kick out of all of their hand written signs taped up on the walls. I'm a happy customer!

Amazing experiences, each and everytime! The whole Team at SMS are incredible, and always go above and beyond to securely and safety hold packages, assist with returns when I'm unable to make it to their location, and their online portal is super convenient!! Customer service is honestly outstanding, and the location is very convenient!
