The staff is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes the wait times can be a bit long when waiting for a prescription but that is to be expected when it's busy. The store is always clean and it's easy to find what I am looking for

They are a very good Pharmacy people just like to complain about everything they're never happy the pharmacy is great the people that work there are great people like to complain for nothing doing a great job keep it up don't listen to the complainers

50% of the time they're out of stock on the item I need. Besides this, the staff seem nice and the pharmacist was helpful the one time I needed him. The issue is, I keep having to go to the second place to get what I need because they keep running out of stock.

Staff is good though they tend to seem bored. I guess it can be a little slow in that neck of the woods. I hate that the post office is usually only open when I am at work (11-7) so I have trouble collecting my packages from there.

Today was the fourth time in a row that I had to walk out of the store because the lineup was around the corner by the drink fridge. The CSR was calling for backup but no one came as usual. I try to use this location due to its convenience, but I will be going to another location from now on.

Awful pharmacists. They weren't able to retrieve my wife's file for her antidepressants from another Rexall and the pharmacist ended up saying it 'Wasn't his problem.' Very unprofessional and could honestly lead to someone hurting themselves because even if there was nothing he could do, using such a rude, 'you're on your own' attitude could lead someone deeper into despair.

Sold us expired lottery tickets. Some of the staff are nice but there is a particularly cranky cashier who works here and if I see her working I leave. Have had very serious issues with the pharmacy that had to be reported to the Ontario College of Pharmacists.

So handy having a Rexall and a post office around the corner from me and I like getting the seniors discount on Tuesdays. But in comparison to the Lasalle store, management doesn't offer as many dollar off sticker deals and the ones that are offered are mostly on products I'm not interested in.

Kind and very helpful staff. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and quick to fill my prescription. Staff at the post office are excellent as with the cash clerks. Always friendly and courteous. I love my neighbourhood pharmacy!
