Claire was wonderful. She was extremely patient with our pup Otis and with us! She explained the techniques clearly and provided us opportunities to practice in her presence to make sure we felt comfortable practicing on our own. We wish we could keep her at our house full-time to help with all our puppy needs! We look forward to Otis attending daycare at Packlife Dog Retreat in the future.

This place is amazing! Claire and Melissa both are gifted at working with dogs. They bot have a great and thorough knowledge of dog behaviour. Our dog just loves going there and always comes home happy and relaxed! They run a tight ship in a loving way where every dog is treated with kindness and respect. They post pictures on facebook of the dogs playing and always give you an update on how your dogs day went. The place is clean and I'm happy that even on the rainy days that my dog comes home with clean paws! It also amazes me that when I pick up my dog, I do not hear a peep out of the other dogs.

Would highly recommend Packlife for training. Claire came to our home, worked with the whole family to understand our dog's and our own behaviour. Claire was also available to problem solve and answer questions outside of the scheduled training sessions. We have seen a vast improvement in a short time and plan to continue working with Packlife.

My dog loves his days here. He comes home happy and sleepy. Love all the videos that are posted during his play days. Great owners who are always available to chat and love their jobs.

Claire was very helpful with training our 2 dogs. She has simple tips and recommendations that have really helped. My favourite was 'you get what you pet - we have learned to be more calm around our dogs - especially when we are coming and going from the house and it has really helped! We have just completed the Advanced Behavioural Training with Claire and our 5 month old puppy. We learned valuable lessons about communication with our dog. The slip leash is amazing. We can actually enjoy walks now. We also learned ‘place’ and are looking forward to continuing to develop that skill as we recognize what a beautiful thing it will be. Claire will work on whatever skills you need to correct so that you can truly enjoy your pup. Claire was always punctual, professional and followed up with a reminder email of what we covered.
