I had contacted Raj (owner) to get a hydro flush done in our drain tile as we were getting water coming inside our garage. He seemed knowledgeable and advised that we also get a camera check done to see if there's any cracks etc. So I said yes. (It was the wrong advice, not a good idea if you have an old house). On the day of the appointment... Service tech came to my house without any notice and I wasn't even home... When the tech started work we had 140 ft of drain tile that we had to get through. Due to crushed draintile" he could only flush 75ft and camera only went in 50ft. We have marks on the ground to prove it. After that my Dad tried explaining to Raj that only half of the drain tile got flushed and camera barely went in and its unfair to charge full price. But no he was money hungry and thought we wouldn't pay him

Was a pleasure dealing with Sabtech!We had a leak in the line to our dishwasher. Usually getting a quote is annoying and involves waiting for calls to be returned and a lot of back and forth, but their admin lady called me almost immediately and was super friendly and helpful. I was surprised that they could have someone at our place only a few hours after I called, even though it wasn't an emergency. The plumber they sent (Kenzie/Kendra? apologies I couldn't quite read the writing) was professional and did the fix in all of 15 mins. She made sure to stick around long enough to ensure no leaks as well. It's a relief to have a reliable company that I can count on for plumbing issues from now on. Thanks guys!

Raj came over after a job to explain to me what was going on with my perimeter drain issue. He did not charge me to show up like most places. I called him the following Saturday asking if he could do the job and he was at my house that monday. Very professional, top notch work and fair prices.he had pics and videos of the work being done as I was at work and not able to be home for the repair. i would recommend them to family and friends and they will be our new plumbers.

Called Sabtech this morning for a repair in my tenants suite due to a leak overnight, I wanted to get someone in there right away before there was another leak and Sabtech pulled through. I was quoted over the phone for a basic repair, given a same day time window, and they called me well in advance to let me know they were on their way. When on site, their team was professional and thoroughly checked for toilet leaks. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue within 30 minutes and were a pleasure to deal with. Having a few rentals in the area, they’ve now become my go-to when I need repairs. Definitely recommend these guys :)

I was very impressed by the professionalism and quality of the service. My toilet tank valve pump was proving very difficult to fix. I had to give in and call Sabtech.Raj, the owner showed up when he said he would and promptly fixed the valve to my great satisfaction in next to no time. Excellent work.
