I can say with conviction that I have always received platinum quality service from exceptionally qualified mechanics. The workmanship is impeccable, mechanics are honest, prices are fair, and the atmosphere is professional, respectful and customer-oriented. The mechanics at D&S Auto are the only ones that I trust! Thank you for finally bringing me peace-of-mind with respects to my vehicle. You’ll be servicing my vehicles for another decade.While I am sorry to hear that a couple of people have perceived their experience to be unfavourable, I do find it disheartening when non-mechanically inclined individuals slander those who are highly trained and skilled experts. The unprecedented labelling of others is quite distasteful. I find myself wondering if any attempts were made to civilly speak with the owner as there is no indication of this.

Don't think I'll go back. I was really spoiled with Central Motors. Now have to look elsewhere. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income - I cannot afford their prices. For now my car will sit in its parking space and I'll bus it. Maybe get a friend once in a while to give me a ride. I just spent my grocery $ on my stupid car. I sat in their so called office space for over 2 hours and was so chilled. It was so cold. I spent the rest of my night under heated blankets. Just couldn't get warm. Not liking it at all

Darrin was very warm and welcoming when I inquired about bringing my car in. My last mechanic was awesome and very knowledgeable and it’s very hard to trust anyone else. However Darrin and his team of mechanics seem to know what they are doing. I am very confident that I have made the right choice.

Choosing a mechanic is not an easy task .. That being said, I have been going to D & S Automotive for over 20 years and throughout that time have gotten to know Darrin and Sylvie. I can honestly say that Darrin is one of the smartest, most knowledgeable mechanics I have ever met. He is not afraid to spend money on needed equipment and tool upgrades to assist in properly diagnosing problems with vehicles. He is honest and has a great staff. Darrin will not soft-shoe" telling you like it is

When I came to Darrin’s shop, I was still driving my grandmothers Chevy Aveo. Needless to say, it needed constant work and Darrin was always willing to take me in immediately when a hose blew or when something was leaking and over heating. I couldn’t imagine taking my car anywhere else. Now with my new vehicle, him and his crew are just as detail oriented and fair as they have always been. I do not trust taking my vehicle anywhere else. Anytime someone needs suggestions for mechanics, his is always the one I recommend. No questions asked.

Some of the most knowledgable and straightforward honest technicians I have ever dealt with.We are new to the area and we have found our go to garage going forward and have already referred D & S to a couple neighbors.Thanks for getting our car back on the road.

Took my mums car in for a new battery and oil change,, very nice guys there, very good price,will be taking my car soon..and a big shout out to the cute pup in the office!!!

Amazing people! I called a few other places who all estimated that it would cost me at least $150 for the part and labour to fix my windshield wiper. We are going through a tough time financially right now, and have very little extra money. I didn't even tell this to the man at D&S Auto, I just explained the issue with my car and what I had been told needed to be done, and they told me to bring my car in and they would see if they could fix it. After about 20 minutes my windshield wiper was working, when I asked how much I owed them they said not to worry about it! After all of the estimates I received, I still can't believe that someone helped me for free, without even knowing my financial situation. They are goodhearted, honest people. It was such a blessing! I will recommend them to everyone from now on! Thank you D & S Automotive!

We have taken our vehicles to the team at D&S Auto for years , the staff and owners are respectful and hard working people . Darrin has always been more than fair on pricing . I stopped in during a rainstorm and he fixed the wiper right away so I could get home (with no charge to us) which is going above the grade for his customers. Anyone that writes a review without praise to the team at this business obviously does not care about facts or failed to fully listen when they were told about their vehicle .Our thanks and continued business will always be with D&S Automotive
