Lots of things could be said about how a family member, and then myself shortly thereafter, were treated by management at this salon. I understand this isn't the way they treat customers usually, but for a small disagreement to turn into the size of the problem it did is the reason I'm leaving this review. I was going to leave a 1 star review but it seems like the EGO of the company can't get out of the way of itself. I will never recommend this salon, however the quality of some of the hard working professionals is good.

First time at this salon and I booked an appointment with Kathy. She was amazing from the beginning she was super patient and helpful, she gave me realistic outcomes and gave me options to get to the look that I wanted. Overall an amazing experience! She took her time and I am happy with the overall outcome. While sitting in the chair waiting for my hair to process I could hear the conversations around me and tell how friendly the staff is. I 100% recommended this salon 100%! Oh and I forgot to mention but they had the cutest little pup that greeted each and every customer with a little wag.

Jada is amazing! She has done a great job with giving both my girls haircuts that suit both their natural flow of hair. I’ve had a great experience and I highly recommend her.

Jessica G has been doing my hair for 6 years now at Ego and I can say, she exceeds expectations every single time. She effectively does a consultation of your hair and lets you know what can and cannot be done so there are no surprises with your service. You’ll achieve your results with happy, healthy hair. On top of it all, she’s also a certified therapist, gossiper and hairstylist all in one. She’s a great listener and will talk your ear off all in one appointment. I will never have anyone else do my hair! Highly recommended.

This was my first time at this Salon and I had such an amazing experience here!I am so picky with my hair, especially when making a decision on where and who to go too. Jayda was so amazing and made me feel so comfortable from start to end! Not only did she give the best hair wash but she nailed the hairstyle and colour I was going for. She had me leaving feeling sooo beautiful and confident, 100% highly recommend!

My stylist was Jayda Salucideen and she was amazing! I have really dark hair and we weren’t sure if my hair could lighten to the shade I wanted it to, but she still helped me achieve a look that I was super happy with! She was incredibly nice as was everyone there. I’m definitely going back.

I highly recommend this salon if you are looking for great service, awesome music and very friendly staff !Kathy always does an amazing job with my hair; I love to switch my hair to funky colours like blue, green, red ect… Kathy always gets the exact colours I look for! Not to mention she is very mindful of keeping dignity to my hair health while doing these colours! My hair always comes out feeling healthier than it does walking in ! 10/10 recommend !

Been to Ego a few times in the past, great atmosphere, very friendly staff and all around excellent service. I love the highlights I got, I will definitely be back again for a colour and cut. Highly recommend to book your next hair appt at Ego Salon.
