Very nice marina on white Lake. Everyone is always very friendly! Great dock space and launch.

My family and I rented a pontoon boat from White Lake Marina this weekend and we had the most wonderful experience. The White Lake Marina and Trailer Campground is very peaceful and in a beautiful area. Small fishing boat with outboard motors are also available at the marina. Very nice and clean place only an hour from Ottawa.

We rented a Jon Boat and had a great time fishing on White Lake!Staff we're awesome, very helpful and friendly. The boat was clean and easy to use. The cost was very reasonable, included gas and life jackets and booking online made it all breeze.We will be back for sure!

We purchased a season pass this year as we really like the soft docks at this launch. Big mistake! We have yet to use it. Have been there at least 4 times and have turned around and went home every time disappointed. Each time there are multiple (covered & clearly parked) boats along the dock at the launch. Shouldn’t these boats be moored in a slip area? It makes it difficult to launch our boat this way. Additionally, the parking lot is chaotic with no organization and is overly crowded most days.I’m also frustrated with the horrible customer service. When I called to inquire I was told “they are far too busy for these types of complaints”. Sadly, our money was wasted on this pass. Never again!! We are left feeling frustrated and ripped off.

Another awesome day with my family and pup on a pontoon boat we rented from White Lake Marina! We've decided to make this a yearly thing since we've had such a great experience both times! Looking forward to our next visit!

Experience paddlers recommend, as paddling with motor boats, enjoyed a 5 hr paddle and picnic , my canine pack and self had a great day.Etransfer deposit not returned till 8 days later after a message left wondering when to expect the deposit.Use a credit card , they say too much effort to do Etransfers.

Rented pontoon for first tour of White Lake. Pontoon was in immaculate condition and perfect size. Andra was fantastic to deal with and super friendly. Will be back again for sure.

Poor quality workmanship. They sourced and installed an oil change kit. Apparently the installed o" ring from a factory BRP kit (on a sea doo) was the incorrect ring and that caused a subsequent leak. I find it hard to believe the O ring from the kit was incorrect. Maybe that was the case

I chose White lake marina to be my first boat dealer as they offered me a great deal on my brand new legend XTE.Purchase:Boat was delivered with detailed tutorial and lots of valuable info considering I am totally new to boat. The deal was really good and it’s the service and ppl that made me happier about my boat.People:Andra is an awesome lady who had been kind, helpful and patient during the purchasing process, and other question regarding the boat.Other staff were friendly to talk too as well.Marina:Nice dock area, it would be better if we can have designated areas for seasonal parking, dry dock, visitor parking and all sort of things. The parking lot was a bit crowded and unorganized when it gets really busy sometimes. But most of time you will be okay to find spot for your car and trailer.
