Walked in with a friend to buy something turns out my ex still works there(havent gone in there for years so didnt know she was still there) and we were told to leave because she was not wanting me around anyway my issue is sure you can kick me out but to also kick out my friend who did absolutely nothing wrong is messed up I seriously don't think you are allowed to do that at all and I will be speaking to the owner/manager or cooperate whoever I need to

Newly expanded store looks great. Excellent selection of all ranges of food and treats. New self serve doggie wash stations! Always a good experience shopping here.

The staff here are amazing. They help you at every turn and when you bring your animal in it's treat town! Puppy paradise! Cheddar thanks the staff greatly for helping her with her fear of shopping carts !! A+

Went shopping for our new dog today. Everything that any power would want or need seems to be available. Wide well lite aisles and staff that know everything about what you're looking for and what you should be looking for. It's busy and big.

Just your typical Pet Valu. The store wasn't anything special, and the staff wasn't as knowledgeable as one may hope. The cages are small and untidy for small animals and equipped with water bowls instead of bottles, so a lot of the animals are tipping them and sitting in wet shavings. Again... pretty typical for what it is. The staff was young and ill prepared, and they sent pets home in cardboard boxes instead of critter carriers. Room for improvement. The animals were healthy but not handled and incredibly skittish. They seemed to be a busy store though so maybe they simply don't have the time to socialize them. It's not terrible but not anywhere near great either. I'll repeat that there is a lot of room for improvement. Hopefully it's a possibility that is accomplished along with more training so the staff can be more knowledgeable and comfortable in the environment.

Great staff they love our Cane Corso George are always polite and very helpful.

Great store staff is friendly ..not like another big name pet store in town.
