Brunswick Optical

I've gone to Brunswick Optical off and on throughout the years and have never had a bad experience. I went yesterday and was served by Jasmine. She was a delight and very honest when I was asking if certain frames looked good on me or not. I can hardly wait for my new glasses to arrive.

Very disappointing!! I have frequented this place more than a few times and have been very satisfied until this past week. About 2 weeks ago I received my new glasses - prior to that I had my choosing and fitting|" appointment. The FITTING part never happened and I was wondering about that. After wearing my new glasses for about 10 days

Had my eye exam today and doctor Ms. Monic is very friendly and explained me the whole situation of my eye and later prescribed me the eye drops. I had twitching in my eye and she suggested me a good eye exercise along with that suggested a good diet to follow for healthy eyes. The receptionist is also very friendly. Overall very satisfied with the service. Will be visiting there again after 6months for next eye exam. Will definitely suggest my friends to visit here for their eye exam.

I've been buying glasses/lenses here for years, and there is a reason I keep going back. Not only are the products top-notch, but the service is astounding - they are endlessly patient with my waffling and indecision about picking frames, and they know their product line and if you ask for a recommendation you get an excellent one every time.

Myself and my whole family have been buying our glasses from BO for decades and can't say enough about how we are always pleased with the service they provide. They always ask about other family members and how they are and are all genuinely interested in our lives and the business end is secondary to that. We are from a small town and its nice to be treated like they are as well. They have always gone over and above to service our needs and we all have always felt great about spending our money there. It is one of the the little gems that the busines community has in Moncton and most could take lessons from the way that all the staff conducts themselves.Marty MacFarlane
