The staff could be a bit more friendly in my opinion and pay attention to the customer in front of them instead of talking to other coworkers about the days they are working.

Quality of produce has taken a hit in its quality and quanity. Bakery has been reduced too muchMeat has new items added which is nice to see if you cant afford the quality cuts.

It stinks when you walk in, it seems dirty as soon as you walk in. I can't put my finger on it, but it is not bright and cheery. Sometimes the staff are miserable and act like the world is ending because they hate their jobs. No floor staff ever to help a person find things. Some advertised flyer items are not in the Drumheller extra foods. There have been people who have personally helped me once or twice but that is within 10 years. Not my first choice to shop. Fresh Meat freshness is not always the best.

Prices are fair but a lot of the produce looks like its going bad, store is fairly clean and staff is friendly on most days

The fruit looked like it was already turning rotten, the shelves were empty, and the prices of everything were way too high for such a bad store.

Why do the cashiers not help bag groceries?? My husband and I watched and very handicapped lady bag her own groceries while the cashier just kept ringing our groceries in. We had to tell her to stop! And asked why she won’t help and she said it’s too busy! It was just us in the line and standing there watching sure didn’t speed things up!! Terrible service!

I had to go here to pick up some supplies when visiting in Rosebud 20 minutes away. It was easy to find and easy to find what I needed. Not too busy when I was there, it was well after dinner time, so I was able to get in and out quick. Staff were friendly and helpful.
