Medical walk-in & cosmetic clinic

If this is the last doctor left in the world, even then I would rather just prefer to die. Told us to wait for an hour and after waiting for 1 hr 30 mins, he was nowhere to be seen. My 4 year old daughter who is on autism spectrum had issues with eyes. She kept crying, I requested doctor multiple times to see her, however he was chatting with someone on the phone for almost an hour. Eventually I got exhausted, took the refund and left.PS: It was not even crowded when I visited and it was almost empty. Its like they keep people waiting on purpose just to show that they are busy..

This clinic is 10/10 and I highly recommend them.My family and I have been patients of Dr. Khan for 10+ years. We have always received great care at the clinic and keep seeking their services. Dr. Khan is a great doctor and has always been very polite and attentive. Sometimes the wait time could be longer but they allow you to leave and would call you when it gets close to your turn.They've a Chiropractor and a physiotherapist at the clinic as well and their patients wait in the same waiting area as Dr. Khan's patients. I've used those services and the wait time for those services are different because they're different providers and they're appointment based.

Yes, the wait times are long (I recommend going in the morning and putting your name down and getting a time to come back).Dr. Khan is genuinely kind and cares about his patients, and that is worth the wait. Once, when I made an appointment but couldn't make it in due to pain, he called me at the end of his day to find out how he could help me -- my GP never did that. Just yesterday he called me at the end of a long and exhausting day to personally give me results. He works weekends. The man hustles all day long and deserves some serious credit. We are sincerely grateful for everything he's done for our family over the years.

We have been going to Dr.Khan for over 13 years. He has always been great with my children. He is kind and attentive with the kids. Always gives them stickers after every visit. He always does his best to listen attentively to our concerns even when the clinic is fully packed and he is super busy. He worked 24/7 even open on holidays.

Atleast 4 hour wait at this clinic. Came over in the morning 11:00am, it's past lunch hour 3:00pm and still waiting. This is not the first time but it will be my last visit. There should be no clinic anywhere in a developed country where patients have to wait over 4 hours to see a doctor. Not acceptable at all

I recently went to see Dr.Khan and was content with the care I received. Even though there were many patients and only one doctor, the staff handled everything with professionalism. This clinic is a lifeline for the community, especially since it's the only one open late. It's much better to come here than wait at the overcrowded ER. I waited at home instead of watching the clock and received a phone call when it was my turn to be seen, just like an appointment.

I arrived to the clinic at 8:45am and there was already a line with 4 people in front of me. The clinic opens at 9am but once we got in we were told the doctor doesn’t show up until 9:30-10:00. I decided to wait. The doctor showed up at 10:15 and kept taking calls between patients. I waited was seen at 11:15am. The visit was 2 minutes in which he did not even close the door when talking to me and wrote me a prescription and told me to call if there were any other complications. The wait time is ridiculous and the front staff are overworked. I was one of the first ones to show up and still needed to wait 2.5 hours.

I had a good experience at this walk-in clinic. The wait time didn't bother me as I was able to run errands and come back later. Dr.Khan addressed all my concerns and I have been feeling much better already!

Embarrassing for the doctors and medical staff at this location , that it takes over 2 hours to see any doctor here. Poor administration, no real value for going here. Time is precious, find a better doctor!Someone below said it best; it’s not a walk in clinic, it’s a cosmetic clinic and patients who come to see khan’s wife take priority. Front desk are clueless, so don’t bother asking them for wait times. If you have to go there as a last resort, I recommend going in 5-15 minutes before closing

I have been coming to this walk in clinic for over 15 years and I've had the pleasure of being served by all the doctors that work here. They are respectful they are knowledgeable and aim to get to the bottom Of any health concern raised. It is a walking clinic so I keep in mind that it may be a long wait times, Yet I still come back because I get the right advice here. I highly recommend this clinic. Most recently I had to go to the hospital where I was poked and prodded and once they couldn't figure out what was wrong with me they decided to give me heavy pain meds and sent me home. Dr.Khan gave me the reassurance that he will get to the bottom of it and has been mindful of my time and has urgency to get me to better health. The low ratings are unjust. If he is quick; people complain. If he talks to the patient and it takes some time, people complain. There is NO walk in clinic that can control time. Once again, this clinic is highly recommended.
