Kim took me in without an appointment and corrected a bad haircut I had done elsewhere. I am so happy now and my self esteem is back 200%! I have very thin hair that is not easy to style at all but Kim sure knows what she is doing! Kim to the rescue! Thank you so much! Isabelle
