Saje Natural Wellness

I went into Saje today as I am in need of product(s) to assist with headaches that I have been severely getting recently. Vanessa assisted me with excellent customer service skills/product knowledge and rolled on me the Extra Strength Roll on & Pepermint Halo, and sprayed me with some Lavendar. I will be purchasing these products in the near future when there is a sale as I found it did help relieve some of my headache pain.

I would like to raise an official complaint regarding my recent order on this Thanksgiving Day on this Saturday 26 Nov. On 25 Nov (Fri),  I received a call from your Store Manager in the CF Fairview mall Saje shop informing me to come to collect 2 bottles of Extra Strength which I requested earlier. On the phone, she told me in specific to come before 2pm on Saturday to collect these 2 Extra Strength bottles, and she will reserve these 2 items for me.As a loyal customer, I arrived on 26 Nov (Sat) before 2pm to collect the bottle, but when I arrived the CF Fairview Saje shop, the lady who claimed herself the Assistant Manager told me there are no such items reserved for me, I told her I received a call to come to pick the 2 bottles before 2pm, and she denied there are no such record on her file. I also asked her to call the Store Manager to check about the details, but she refused to do so. And she told me to go online to purchase instead.I was really disappointed about the attitude of this Assistant Manager, as I was told to come before 2pm to pick up the products, and when I arrived at the shop, I was told to go online instead, I wonder if this should be the service that I should receive on Thanksgiving Day? Especially Saje is advocating Wellness and Well being, what kind of service are you offering to me? If I need to go online in the first place, why would you call me and waste my time to come to pick up for nothing in your physical shop?I found this customer service is unacceptable and I do not think it aligns with the mission statement of Saje. I feel like I am totally helpless in this situation, as the Assistant Manager asked me to go online to shop instead of offering any solid solution while I am in the physical shop.As a loyal customer, I do not think I should receive this kind of unsatisfactory service especially on Thanksgiving Day. I hope your management could look into the case and investigate if there should be any service improvement in this case. I feel really upset about her service and it seriously damages your branding and the client relationship here. I believe your management should know and look into the case. I am also looking for any solid remedy from your company about this case.

Very friendly staff and quality products. I got the stress relief roller. Felt the headache flying off my head in minutes.

Had a great experience today. The associate came over to help me and she really listened to my needs and asked question to really see what would be good for me. She did product demos and explained everything. I left there feeling good and happy with the products I selected.

I just went to the shop today for curbside pickup. Lea, was super friendly and helpful. She called me back promptly after emailing. Then I was able to come to the storefront and pick up my order.It is especially refreshing to have such fantastic customer service especially during these difficult times when your interaction with strangers is limited. I will definitely come back here again. Oh and love what I bought!

Very impressed with all the products i purchased thanks to the knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff. A huge shout out to Alfonzo, Anna and Shaynara who made my visit a fantastic and memorable shopping experience. They are a compliment to the Saje brand.

Love saje and their natural products. Their peppermint wand and peppermint halo are must haves if you are prone to headaches. Yoga mat spray is great as well, smells amazing !

Went to do a return and they automatically took 20% off even though NO WHERE on their website indicates there’s a restocking fee or anything.

I travelled to every location in the GTA for a specific product. One location told me that fairview had plenty of it and was the only store after trying to get me to purchase other similar products. When i arrived at Fairview location to my disappointment they didn't have it. BUT, in spite of my travels and let downs the manager provided me with their test product for no charge.(cleaned of course) They acquired my number to inform me if they get more of the product. This is customer service, not someone trying their hardest to sell me their product but, trying to satisfy the customer's need be it in any shape or form. Thank you so much and this location went above & beyond when they could have treated me like a sale" like every other location did that day."

This location always has what I'm looking for and the customer service is outstanding! Someone is always available to assist. The store manager is also extremely helpful and professional !!
