THIS BUSINESS IS AMAZING!!!!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!My mother has been coming to this location for about 20 years. Prices are very good and the ladies and gentlemen that work here are patient...kind...calm.....professional....and do an EXCELLENT job. Nancy at reception is great......and most recently Kitty has been doing my Moms nails. She is adorable...and so good at what she does. We have also had services with Vivian she is great as well. Book with Kitty or Vivian.....you will not be sorry.I read the 1-star bad review from Leah Hagh---she is so wrong and disrespectful. She said she is not going to go back to this business---THANK YOU....as we the customers who come here do not need you disturbing us and wrecking our peaceful experience. Go someplace else to see if they put up with your attitude.Do not bypass this place.....they do so many services here besides nails, waxing and eyebrows.....this is the place to come!!

Absolutely love my nails! It was my first time at this salon and I truly enjoyed my experience. Thank you Cindy for the wonderful service. Will definitely be coming back :)

Kitty is great. I’ve followed her for years from Richmond to now PoCo to get my shellac mani/pedi + eyelashes done. She’s friendly, clean, gentle & does an excellent job. I will definitely recommend her to my friends & family members.

Amazing experience I went in last week for a fill the lady's were friendly and talkative, they helped with colour choice and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Cindy did my nails specifically and she did a wonderful job!(photo is from about 5 days after as i forgot to take a photo.)

I have been going to CiCi nail saloon for number of years now . I loved the way how they treated their customers. They are very polite, accommodating to their customers. My mom has this nail saloon so many years too. Kitty and the rest of the staffs are so fabulous, they really good in taking care off my nails the cuticles and hard staff through my nails . very soothing and well manageable , I loved the way how they do it . I highly recommend this saloon and I loved them .

Great pedicures! Complete with massage chairs and hot stone massage at the end.I always get complements on my acrylic nails, even when I’m long overdue for a fill. I’ve never had an issue with lifting or breaking. Vivian is my super talented nail technician!Super friendly staff. Great decor.

I've never been here before, but I brought my mom and my aunt with me so all three of us could get regular pedicures at the same time. Online booking was very easy. There was plenty of parking available. The salon was not very busy on an early Monday afternoon, but I am impressed that we were able to get an appointment for all three of us at the same time. The salon was very clean and inviting.We had Harley, Kitty and Cindy working on us and they each provided us with very kind, gentle, and quick service. I thought the hot stone rub was quite nice and the massage chairs were an added bonus. Pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely come back here for my pedicures in the future!

Another pain-free maintenance pedicure on my feet. One foot is mangled from a m/c accident years ago and I'm just trying to keep my feet in good shape and stay off the public health care system for as long as I can.The gal Vivian that worked on my feet today was really good and no nicks or cuts or pain. I don't mind pain so much, but it's way better without it generally. THANKS, LADIES!

This is my new go-to for my nails! Staff are awesome and will always make my appointments work especially on last minute changes because of my work schedules. Kitty is the best and I trust her work and great designs!
