10/10 service and personality! I am always so excited when Kelly is coming over. She is extremely trustworthy with my pets alone, and is always the most respectful, kind and courteous with understanding my needs.Her service is so thorough I caught her vacuuming the underside of my rug. Kelly is absolutely amazing to work with! She is detailed oriented and brings a positive vibe and smile. I look forward to her bi-weekly visits to my office as the space is always left sparkling and refreshed. She does such an awesome job, and pays so much attention to her work. She actually brought water damage to my attention in the office, that no other cleaning company had previously found or notified me of. Super grateful she walked into the office with her card one day! :)

Kelly and her team are excellent. They are very efficient and thorough. Our house has 4 animals and they leave the house sparkling every time. Kelly communicates well and works with her clients to decide what needs to be done prior to starting a job. I highly recommend the company.

Love love love Kelly’s work. I have had several people clean my house over the years and she is by far the best. She pays attention to detail, and is open to receiving feedback. She is extremely dependable and on time. If a time change is required (rarely has happened) there’s always communication well in advance. If you are looking for great work call her soon! Guarantee she will fill up fast now that she has expanded her hours!

I had my house deep cleaned by a team from Necessity Cleaning and wow...they did an amazing job!! They were so thorough and detailed. It was a far better clean than previous cleaning companies I have used. Everything was sparkling clean and nothing was missed! I was thrilled with the result. The team was pleasant and professional and they worked super hard. The customer service is also top notch! Kelly responds quickly to emails and follows up to ensure you are happy with everything. I am so impressed with this company and can't wait for future services! I would highly recommend Necessity.

Our first experience for this type of service was necessary because we are seniors with some health issues. Would recommend Necessity Cleaning in a heartbeat without any reservation!!
