I joined this parish six years ago when I moved to Barrie from Huntsville. The parishioners and priest were so welcoming and supportive. So much so, you feel like they are my second family. The are many beautiful ministries which fit any person young and mature are encouraged to participate.

An excellent and welcoming parish. The masses and other services are great. This is a lively and dynamic Church. There is room for every level of involvement you might be interested in. Lots of resources as well.

How are you supposed to rate a church, for goodness sake, it was a funeral everyone was was sad about deacon Wilson's passing, but he was prepared as we all should be, the service was good. But it was the death of a family member. Again how do we rate a church that did the last reading of someone you just lost.

My home parish since moving to Barrie. One of the most welcoming and amazing churches beside my old home parish in Scarborough which we dearly miss. The Pastor is full of smiles here. If you need a parish to call home up here this would be it.

I love being a parishioner of this church. The 4 pm mass is definitely my family's favourite because the music is amazing and at the perfect time of day. I highly recommend St. Mary's Church to anyone who is looking for a strong community in the area of Barrie and the surrounding cities.

Wonderful Parish Fr who is funny and personable, great staff. Young crowd, families and little ones. Can be a busy churchVibrant community. Beautiful choir singer sounds like a Disney princess! Check it out!

Great church with Adoration chapel open every day until 9pm. Not my home parish but I find myself here often because they offer so much more for Sacramental life!
