Flower Accents

My son bought a flower bouquet for me in sickness last night. The florist chose all flowers and 1 big one not fresh picked and already dying. I am lying down in a bed and looking that flower makes me more stressful and depressed. They are not considering the customers.

I was in to buy a few filler stems for my arrangement, I bought a few greens and 2 small pampas and they charged me $40 for the smallest most basic bunch! Very disappointed!

Lovely decorations and collections of fresh flowers. Visited them few a times and they are quite accommodating in terms of budget as well.

An awful customer experience, the lady was extremely rude with me. Moreover she wasn’t very helpful and even choose the flowers for me and I couldn’t even had a say on her choice.Also, there were neither price tag nor indications on the pricing policy of the shop.Don’t ever go there, I don’t understand how a huge mall like Fairview can still allow such dishonest shops.

Very good taste florist, always buy some fresh flowers when leaving Fairview mall. Love their personality and energy. Highly recommended

The flowers we purchased for my mom's birthday looked like this (in our own vase). No greenery (except the short ones that were broken). No water with the flower stems or even wrapped in wet paper towels, no packet of flower food. The carnation stem was also broken but that could have been from transportation. $50 + tax. We will not be going back again.

Bought flowers for my mom. This is not worth what I paid for. It could have been nice if they put in fresh flowers. Disappointed!

If you take anything from this review it’s that you are much better off picking up a bouquet from the grocery store. I stopped by on a Saturday without checking reviews to pick up some hydrangeas that caught my eye a few days prior priced at $10. When I went on the Saturday the hydrangeas looked awful and there went many options to choose from apparently because the flight from Holland carrying the flowers was delayed, so the florist offered to help put something together for me. She chatted away quite a bit while working on the 2 bouquets…in hindsight probably to distract me, and when she was done she turned the debit card machine and I was floored when I saw the price. It cost $135! When I asked about the price she said it was because the peony’s she used weren’t in season. I was in a rush and quite frankly in shock so I quickly went home. You would think that $135 flowers would be good quality but these are easily the worst flowers I have ever purchased, I never write bad reviews but honestly the whole experience made me feel scammed. I understand that recovering from the pandemic was difficult for small businesses but this doesn’t excuse behaving like a sales piranha. Stay away

This is my first google review because I just couldn’t help mentioning this. I had a very racist encounter at this store on valentines and the whole thing is still so Bizarre to me. The staff at the front was extremely rude and abruptly cancelled an order I had placed the day before as soon as I showed up. Then went on to say if I wanted to get the flowers I had to make another payment at the store, I agreed and tried to use my card, she said they don’t accept cards, when the person just before me had used a card. Asked me to go withdraw cash only to make payment. If not that it was last minute and couldn’t get to any other flower store, I would have left there immediately. It was very obvious what was going on and even with everything, she was so so so rude to me. This is very heartbreaking to experience here In canada but I guess I can expect this anywhere. I will never be visiting here again.
