Definitely one of the best nail salons I have been to in Burlington.I’m very particular when it comes to getting my nails done by someone new but a family friend recommended this place and I’m glad I gave them a chance.Clean space, great customer service and atmosphere. Crystal did an amazing job with my pedicure and my mom was also very happy with the shellac manicure by Kristine. Thank you both for the great service!Highly recommend!!

Service is excellent and only surpassed by quality of their work. It’s the “Cheers” of nail salons. I’ve used other nail salons in the neighborhood but never again, Crystal is just too good. Highly recommend!!

So disappointed, it was my first time going to this salon, I read the reviews and I was excited and hoping for a great manicure and shellac after 1 year of not doing my nails, but not impressed with my shellac at all, not finished well and after 2 days already started chipping so I had to file the tips to cover it.My shellac always lasted for 3 weeks and this one is coming off after 2 days! Not clean at all and worst shellac and manicure I ever got.

The best nail salon ever! I have been a client at Crystal Nails for 6 years now, and I am still thankful to this day that I found them. No other salon compares with their top notch customer service and work. Not only is Crystal amazing at what she does, but she always accommodates me (and my indecisiveness) and goes above and beyond to make sure that I love my nails. The atmosphere is great, relaxing and I always have a good time. Several of my family members and friends have also had appointments based on my recommendation with the same positive experience. Crystal, Lisa, Christine and Dave are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for all that you do.

Terrible service!! Purchased a gift card as a gift for someone, paid for it, and then the recipient was told there was no money on the gift card when trying to use it. The spa declined the gift card even though it had never been used and we had bank receipts that it was paid for. We completely lost our money. The owner did not try to provide any solutions about the issue. Horrible service, definitely never going back.

By far the best nail salon I've ever been to. Everyone that works here is extremely talented and so friendly that it doesn't matter who you get. It's a very welcoming and fun atmosphere that instantly sets you at ease and makes you want to join in with the light hearted banter. No matter if you want some crazy funky designs, some beautiful, simple, elegant and anything in between they can do it all. I highly recommend going here for anything you need. I will never go anywhere else again, I've found my place.

I have been going to Crystal Nails Spa Inc. for many years now and couldn't recommend them enough! Even when I lived in Toronto I drove back to Burlington every 3 weeks just to have Crystal do my nails. I rarely have to pick a colour anymore, Crystal usually has something in mind before I even walk through the door. I have always received very friendly professional service and the salon is always very clean. 10/10 would recommend!

The best and most welcoming nail salon I've ever been to! I had tried several salons before Crystal Nails and am so happy I found them! My nails have never looked better; Christine has such amazing attention to detail and takes her time to make sure that your nails look and feel great and last for weeks!On top of a great job with the nails, when you walk in you're greeted warmly into such a fun and relaxing environment - Christine, Dave, Lisa and Crystal are all so lovely, I've recommended all of their services to my friends and family and would recommend Crystal Nails to everyone!

I’ve been coming here for years. Wonderful family owned business. They do a fantastic job and care at a personal level for their clients. Always willing to try and fit you in. Social and friendly atmosphere. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
