We've called them about our well, they installed an incredible filtration system for us, and when anything goes wrong they orchestrate a same-day visit and fix us up. HIGHLY highly recommend.

When we rebuilt our house several years ago, we hired BC Aquifer to do our water system. The system failed. The old management of BC Aquifer refused to stand by their word and their product and service. That system ruined thousands of dollars in appliances and clothing because of the poor water quality. The water was undrinkable.Recently The new owner of BC Aquifer reviewed our file and determined he wanted to make things right. And he did. In the face of complications through no fault of his own he stood by his word and fixed our long standing issues.I highly recommend BC Aquifer! They have shown us amazing customer service. BC Aquifer with it’s new owners. They have an excellent team with an integrity that many organizations only just claim to have but rarely follow through.. When push comes to shove BC Aquifer stands above the rest.

BC Aquifer has been an excellent company to work with. Very professional on the business and technical fronts, with competent and efficient crews. From intial meetings through solving unanticipated problems with equipment deliveries, the deepwell and pumphouse upgrades were handled smoothly and pleasantly. Highly recommend them.

We recently had a pressure issue with our system. Sean felt confident the problem was a faulty pressure tank and scheduled a technician to come out and check it over and replace the tank if needed. Technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He found the problem to be simply a faulty pressure switch. He took the time to show me the part as well as pointing out the problem with it. He replaced the switch, gave the system a clean bill of heath, and was on his way, leaving me with a substantially smaller bill than anticipated.Thanks very much for your honest, prompt service.

I Sent an Email requesting repair for a cracked Brass coupling in water line at my well head at 12:15pmThey replied back to me within 15 minutes advising they would be here this afternoon and they were. Service was great. Guy was polite well mannered and was finished and on his way within 1/2 hr to 40 mins. Job well done

I have used BC Aquifer four times and on each occasion my water problems were solved. Three different technician's Al, Dan, Shane & Deacon are all very knowledgeable and took the time to provide very valuable information about my water system. I would not hesitate to call on their services again in the future.

We can't say enough how impressed we are with the service. The guys were on time, fast, friendly and knowledgeable, and very informative. We Highly recommend this company. We are on Salt Spring island. We sent an email at the end of a long weekend to enquire the price and time to replace a well pump. We received a calljust after 8 am next morning with a quote within 10 minutes. They fit us in for the next day. Thanks guys the pump is working great.

BC Aquifer has been servicing my water treatment system for several years. I have always been extremely satisfied with the timeliness of their service calls. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of water services. My family and I are officially water snobs, and can taste impurities in untreated water. I will be taking several gallons of my home water on our upcoming camping trip!
