One star is too much. The lights are out like they’re closed but it’s only 9:17pm. I didn’t mind the line …it happens. I did strongly dislike how they did not have a receipt at the drive thru. I needed the receipt to expense the meal for work. I hope this hand written receipt works for accounting. Food was okay but Burger King needs to invest in the store.

This store has changed so much!! The manager Mario has really done an excellent job! And the guy making the sandwiches ( Mike) is totally on it. I love going to this place. Good job guys. Good job!!!

Food was great once I got it and left. But I was in line for over 20min and then told me one moment when I got to the speaker and must’ve forgotten i was there bc after 7min or so I said hello and then they took my order. Drive Thru kinda sucks.

Theee freakn worst location I have visited. Got stuck in line for forty five mins. Charged and paid for cheese and the works. Got nothing I asked for. No straw and no apology. Maybe close and try start again. This aint workn out for yal!!!!

I would love to give them more stars but half of the staff has absolutely no social skills or customer service skills. The food is good and the manager named Ashley is so friendly and great. The building itself is not taken care of , if you look above while in the driver through you can see how rotten and falling apart the building is. With all the millions the company has they need to keep up their property's.

I am redoing this because the last 3 times I've been there it's been worse each time...I just left there and the women working the drive threw had no manners what so ever. I kept my cool and said please and thank you anyway, finally the last time I said thank you and got no response I loudly said your welcome". Still nothing of course. Some people should not work on customer service."

The sandwiches were made pretty sloppy, the sauce was in excess and the buns were covered in sauce before we even opened them. The service was good. The staff were friendly and polite. The drive thru wait was not long at all. We were in and out in great time.

I'd give them a negative if I could, whoever is on the drive threw is to dumb to take orders . We had to literally repeat our order to her for 10 mins. It was 2 simple orders, think you should atleast have a working IQ to take orders ...

I'd like to give a higher rating but the place is just not what it used to be like most places in Massena. BK in the 80s and 90s was best. Very dirty and no gloves last time I ate there. He wiped off the grease and salt from the fries onto his shirt then handled other food with still no gloves on. Drive thru's literally scare me now because you never what they are doing in there, alot of people won't where gloves when they are supposed to. I used to like the Hershey's sundae pie slices but its a better deal at Price Chopper and seems cleaner.
