Astoria Shish Kebob House - Mississauga
Ordered catering from here a few months ago. It’s always a winner. The pork souvlaki was tender and juicy, rice and potatoes were delish. This meal is always a crowd pleaser when we’re having a party. Aside from a great meal, the staff and service is always A+. They found out that we were celebrating my son’s birthday and they included a piece of cake for him...complete with a candle! This was such a thoughtful gesture… and really made my little guy’s special day. It’s been a few months and he’s still is mentioning it!

Pretty good Greek place. The food was ok, not amazing but huge portion sizes. The service was excellent; the staff were very friendly and quite funny. The restaurant at the front is bright and sunny with big windows and more cozy and traditional at the back. Good for a lunch spot.

Great food and service! Had the deep fried calamari and the pork souvlaki (comes with greek salad and two sides) - both amazing flavour and cooked well. The portions were a bit small for the price but the flavour and freshness was good. On Tuesdays they have a BOGO 50% off their regular souvlakis promo. We will be back!

Had a reservation for the Father's Day weekend. Salads came quickly, and eventually so did the food. Food was alright. I got the lamb souvlaki which tasted fine, a couple other people in my party went for the weekend special, which was a good deal.Our server was nice but would disappear often and we would have to ask other servers and hosts if they could find her, especially nearing the end of the meal. There were several other servers and by this time the restaurant was only about half full so I didn't think she had many other tables to look after (not that she even was around to see her serving other tables), so it was a bit frustrating trying to get the bill to pay and go. In any case, very nice, just absent.

Astoria’s never disappoints but tonight’s takeout dinner was DELICIOUS. Highly recommend the grilled calamari and chicken souvlaki family platter - comes with so many sides. Definitely worth every penny and everything was super fresh.

Absolutely wise choice for Greek dishes, fancy and huge space, quick service & friendly staff. I went there for a dinner with my partner, despite being less than an hour from closure they seated us.The space is bright and lovely, and the lamb was delicious. I would highly recommend this for someone looking for an very affordable dinner

First time dining here. 5 stars! Great service, hostess was very helpful finding us a booth without reservations, not a long wait at all, our waiter was very polite and helpful as well. Food was delicious! One thing I would like to point out was the freshness of the Greek salad, great portion size, the chicken kebabs were delicious, the potatoes, rice was good too. My 9 year old enjoyed her food so much she was doing the happy dance the entire time:) I will most definitely be coming back here! Great experience.

Very friendly staff and a warm clean environment. Seating was comfortable and ambiance was relaxing. The food was good, a solid 8/10, however some dishes were a bit overpriced.Highly recommend the grilled Calamari.Don't recommend 3 nanoshrimp for $4 though haha.

Astoria Shish Kebob House - Mississauga
The interior is very welcoming and there's (usually) a fire going in the fireplace. I ordered chicken souvlaki dinner with veggies and fries. The salad that accompanied was huge! Calamari is pretty good too. Service is well attended.
