I went into the store late afternoon Sunday to get a dog harness, the woman behind the counter didn't move or say hello. I asked if they had harnesses and then had to ask if she could show me where. On inquiring if I could return the harness if it didn't fit and hadn't been used I was rudely informed that I had to bring the dog in. A day and a half later I returned with my 3 1/2 month old Old English Sheepdog puppy. The same woman was behind the counter, again she didn't move or say hello. I said hello and asked if she recalled that I had been in for a harness and that she had told me I had to bring my dog in, she responded that she didn't remember me, the store had so many customers she couldn't remember them. Given store attendance on my visits and the treatment dished out to customers I find that hard to believe. We proceeded to the harness area where she put a harness on my dog, repeatedly saying in a very hostile voice If you bite me you'll be in trouble". My puppy is a puppy

I went in to purchase dog food, treats and look at dog beds. The selection of Dog food was decent. The store was organized and clean. my dog loves the bully sticks and the variety of sizes is great. Prices are competitive with other pet stores. Staff is friendly.

Wonderful store, with so many things to choose from. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly.

Placed an order online and it got cancelled for no reasons. Called for explanation and want to ask if the product is in stock but no one picked up. What’s the point of opening the store if no one could provide customer service?

This was a really odd experience. We walk into this specific store and the sole employee in the store is behind the counter. She does not say hello. My two dogs start sniffing unusually and then I see the cat on the counter. The employee (hopefully not the owner) decides to rudely tell us that our dogs need to behave around the cat on the counter. I've never ever experienced anything this bad before. Usually pet valu staff are great. This lady never left the counter where she was grooming the cat. Professionalism was not experienced here. Will never ever return.

Very friendly hospitable staff. If one location doesn't have an item, they'll let you know of another location that does. Excellent customer service. Love every location I've been too!

Arrived at 5 minutes to 6pm on a Saturday as we needed cat food and doors were locked. In-store cashier clearly In sight standing behind the counter, she didn't open the door.

Nice staff always helpful. Inventory was good.
