After reviewing our inspection report with Rheal, we felt confident in our understanding of potential issues with the property we were buying and what it would take to remediate them. Echoing all the positive reviews here: Rheal was prompt, thorough and professional. He went into great detail on all aspects of the building, pointing out even minor things (which is extra reassuring in that it means he's unlikely to have missed anything major!) He took the time to walk us through the report and provide some opinions as to what needs to be dealt with imminently and what could wait. Overall, nothing bad to say about this guy!
