Great staff and management! I had ordered a poutine which had deep fried cheese curds. The taste didn't seem right, almost as if the cheese was just additional french fries. I had originally thought that they had made a mistake, but the manager explained which parts were the cheese curds.Despite the fact that it was my error, the manager was more than happy to give me a free teen on the house. Even offered me a free drink. Definitely earn my loyalty with his help.

We ordered delivery. Two popcorn chicken poutines. Fries tasted burnt and stale, gravy was minimal, and drizzled with cheese with popcorn chicken on top. For 50$ we definitely expected better.

We haven't been here in 3 years. Im not sure what happened, but the food has tanked. The fries were so overcooked and crunchy & crispy, nearly hallow on the inside. We won't be back. Yuck. We ordered 5 servings, what a regret.

Just absolute trash. From the disgusting undercooked fries, to the awful customer service, the place is absolutely disgusting, you’d think they would clean up the kitchen a bit considering the customer can see them cooking. Two most over priced disgusting poutines me and my boyfriend have ever eaten.

Great service from the staff. I wish there still was one in Belleville! Food was great. Inside atmosphere was ok. I didn't see an open sign though so it was hard to tell if it in fact was open for business.

Worst poutine ever! Cheese curds were so hard and chewy felt like rubber. Poutine was also very dry because didn’t use enough gravy. I called the store and spoke to store manager Jake who offered me to come the next day and get a replacement. I went back to the store the next day and Jake fully refused to replace my order since I ordered on Uber and did a pick up at store. The store was dead — not a single customer inside. And Jake was sitting and scrolling through his phone. Which clearly explains how much the turn over is here. The quality of food lacking. There are better places to get poutine in Kingston.

The Hubby had a craving for fries and so as a treat for him I ordered the WOW Classic Poutine. What we got was a box of overcooked, nearly burned, broken and hard bits and pieces. They were inedible as they tasted even worse than they looked. To be honest I've seen cedar chips that look more appetizing :( The super size to split between two was over 20 bucks plus delivery fees etc. Straight into the garbage and we'll never order from them again. That never should have made it out of the kitchen. Ruined a fry craving :( Really disappointed. We order from a few favorites weekly and thought I'd try Smoke's as it had been over a year since the last time we ordered (wasn't great then either sadly but gave em another chance).

It was my last day I was able to eat in Canada on my couple weeks long trip before I departed back to Miami, FL so of course I was on the search for some poutine. An easy walk down Queen Street, it wasn't at all hard to find and was pretty empty except for another customer. My boyfriend and I shared the triple pork poutine which included the chipotle pulled pork, double-smoked bacon, and italian sausage. We did have to wait a good ten to fifteen minutes for the food which I did think was a little slow since there was no one else in the shop but all in all it was a decent serving, tasty, and affordably price. I wouldn't say it was the best poutine I've ever had but I did love the fact that you could get any type of poutine you could think of!IG: @KFitzEats

This is a great smoked meat in Kingston. So tasty with a reasonable price. The fries was soooo good.
