The STC has an ability to help alot of people. Unfortunately, the head of STC, Mr. Arcand has a hidden agenda. His purpose is to help himself and his own bank account first and foremost. He is quick to refer to people who disagree with him or his methods as racist or some other negative connotation. I guess when you reach elitist status like Mr Arcand your able to say and do anything that you want without fear of reprisal.
