When walking in we had no expectations but the service and care we received was outstanding. The product specialist who served AIi was a superb person to deal with and helped us pick out an amazing sideboard and dining room table. They were respectful, fun to work with and went out of their way to help us from price, to delivery options and making sure everything would be delivered safely and securely.Thank you again and again for such a great experience. We will surely be returning to to Meuble MTL for other things and highly recommend it to friends.

Excellent! Bought my first loveseat and recliner. Can't beat the price, and really liked the showroom at Longueuil . Salespeople let you shop without harassing you, but happily assist you if you do have questions. Delivery was exactly as planned and without incident. I will be a repeat shopper!

I ordered a set of bar stools from Walmart.ca at the beginning of April and initially the company was good to deal with. I was contacted by phone that the stools I ordered were no longer in stock and if I would like to pick different ones. The person I was dealing with was nice and helpful and sent me pictures to choose from. I chose a different set and was very clear that I wanted bar height and not counter height. The person then confirmed via text what I wanted and I received stools within 10 days. Unfortunately, the stools were the wrong height. I contacted the settler via text to inform of the error which was on May 1st. Since then the person and the company has been giving me the run around telling me that the correct stools on their way and nothing shows up. I have had to contact Walmart twice. Walmart contacts seller, I receive and email saying that an new order has been started and I have received no correspondence or stools still. How the mistake was made in the first place after I confirmed with seller and seller confirmed with me just shows the lack of care in fulfilling orders. If I received the product ordered I would have been writing a very different review and would have been happy. My rating is a 2 because I was happy with initial contact by seller otherwise it would be less than 1.This is an update to my review above. I finally received the correct stools and the person I was dealing with did contact me via text to confirm that I received them. They arrived 10 days after I received a text that they were taken to UPS. The person was apologetic and I am happy with the stools so it did work out in the end so I changed my rating to 3 stars.

I had ordered my furniture couples of Weekes ago and I am really have with the service , i received my order the same day i ordered .The delivery guys were amazing and they had all the equipments installed and every time i needed an information i got help immediately .i will recommend this to to everyone . You wont regret it :)Thank you

My wife and I had a particular sofa in mind, after being served, we quickly understood that there were better options available for us. he kindly guided us until we committed to our purchase. We very much appreciated his professionalism.Most importantly, he is client oriented not sales oriented.
