Hello everyone, I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to share this amazing story about Pam.I’ve known Pam for years and was aware of her expertise with technology. Even though I knew of her technical skills, I never thought about using her services until recently. Well, here’s my story! I decided to go last minute shopping for a laptop. I was so confused about what type of laptop to purchase, then I remembered my tech savvy friend Pam!I decided to call Pam for her advice.Pam was very professional while discussing my specific needs and use for the laptop. After completely listening to my requests. Pam realized I was in a state of panic and assured me everything would be ok. After the call ended, she sent a few links to multiple websites that had different types f computers that would satisfy my budget and needs. I scanned every website from the request she sent and decided I would purchase a refurbished HP laptop.I was hesitant about choosing a refurbished laptop but Pam assured me if the laptop malfunctioned, she could assist. So, after a year of use, the laptop completely shut off! Once again, I found myself between a crossroad and a bridge! I started to panic! My new classes were to begin in a week!! My first idea was to call the company I originally purchased the laptop from but to my disadvantage, there were no protected services for refurbished computers. The next few places I called was HP Technical Support, Best Buy Geek Squad and a few local tech support shops. Some of the quotes were outrageous! HP instructed me to pay for postage and a flat $200 fee just to diagnose the laptop!So here I was, a week away from the start of a new semester, with an unprotected laptop. Then it dawned on me. I should call Pam! Even though Pam and I are good friends, I never used her services. I was uncertain of the outcome. I then decided to give Pam services a try and gave her a call. I was once again in a frenzy, crying for help! Pam assured me everything would be ok.After speaking to Pam on the phone about the laptop, she was very proactive and passionate about resolving whatever issue was needed. It only took two days for Pam to diagnose the issue, she even cleaned and installed Malware Bytes so that my computer would be protected. Pam even assisted with Microsoft Office Set Up instructions and guided me on how to take care of my laptop.I can honestly say, my computer is working even better than before! The internet runs quicker, the functionalities are optimized and I am securely meeting all of my needs for my online education. I am also using my laptop that Pam fixed to write this review. If it wasn’t for Pam services, I would have wasted money on a new computer or been overpriced for simple diagnoses.If you are hesitant about using Pam services, please take a chance! Trust you will not regret it. Pam fixed the life and health of my computer! Now two years later I’m a happy customer, writing a review on my laptop that Pam fixed.Unfortunately, refurbished laptops on Amazon does not have a warranty or protection plan. These laptops, from my experience are prone to malfunction. This happened several times to my HP laptop. We are living in hard times, you can still purchase a refurbished laptop without warranty, because Pam can assist.Pam helped select my laptop, restored it, recommended a virus protection plan, she offered to setup Office Microsoft Products for my classes, she also selected a new battery that would deliver high voltage and last longer. Pam even delivered the laptop right to the safe comfort of my home!For now on if I have a technical issue, I can work in peace knowing Pam will deliver superb services!

Pam has helped me do quite a few things in Windows, but this is the most recent. I bought a new computer with monitor and keyboard. Pam was very efficient made sure even the position of the monitor was to my satisfaction. She updated Windows, she made sure I was connected to the Internet, installed a malware protection program, setup my camera making sure it was positioned on my monitor the way I want it, setup an Office 365 account, and installed the Office 365 suite on my computer. She setup Outlook, created a signature for me, and made sure I understood how to use Outlook. When she left all, I had to do was sit down and start using my computer! You cannot get any better than that! I could go on about how many other times she has helped me out but I think this says it all!!
