Worst experience at popeyes today. Staff not polite. I ordered two sandwiches combo. Only half chicken was in my sandwich and the manager said he cannot do anything about it. Apparently he was one who prepared it. And for the fries, the staff gave one portion for two person and when i told him he divided that one portion into two portion and then took out some more fries. I had less than 15 fries. Would not recommend this location.

I think they need some help with this location and are trying their best but my chicken was not cooked. I have ordered popeyes for years and this is the first time I cannot eat it. Any of it. There’s one kid working the back by himself!

New management has made great effort to uplift the store, the food quality has been maintained and focus is on the store cleanliness ! Had chance to eat tenders and delta mini sandwitch, both items were freshly made.

.i once visited with my kids and staff seem to be very friendly. My child ordered some tenders and fries and they gave him enough time to choose and order the food and even the food served was hot and quick.Great service Popeye's thanks a lot.

Food was ok but service is horrible. You have to wait for the food yet it's not hot when you get it. The girl serving at the counter was not friendly at all and really rude to the lady that was in front of me. I work downtown and this place is very convenient for me, but I won't be going to that location again.

It seems the quality and the size has gone down.. $7 for an 8 pc nugget.. and that too ridiculously sized and re-fried… I guess inflation will take a toll on our health too.. very disappointed..

If it wasn't for my young child wanting chicken I would have never looked twice at the place! The amount of bird poop surrounding the door is enough to turn anyone away. But the staff and the wait time for a tender meal will make you more disgusted. We waiting almost 20 minutes along with another customer, and after making it known we were unhappy with the service that staff just looked and blamed the long wait on fries. The portion size given is a joke 30$ for two meals and the tenders were half peices...not only did we not recieve an apology or have a nice day after receiving food we just got blank looks as if they didn't give any care in the world. Never returning!

Not sure if it's management or the location but avoid this Popeyes if you can. Wait times are forever, they don't seem to have any food ready and use it will take 20 mins to cook tenders" as a lazy excuse to try and change your mind about your order.Don't even think of eating in

I'd give it 5 stars if there was parking and if it had much faster service. As it is each time I've been downtown to this location I've always had a very kind wait for my chicken nuggets, fries and tea biscuit.
