Our sale was not as smooth as we would have liked due to the buyer and Jake went so far above and beyond what any realtor has done for us. He is professional, kind, funny and very good at his job. Although buying and selling doesn’t happen everyday, I would use Jake again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone. He was amazing.
