Here they follow through and find what’s best for me in all situations from investing, savings, and even my checking account. The service is unbeatable! The staff is kind and cares about each person. Here were more then just another account, they care how well we do and see what they can do to make the experience better for us. I’ve recommend others to come here for both precessional and personal accounts. If you want a bank that goes above and beyond, this is your bank!I have tried other banks and have been burned and/or treated badly at all of them. Insurance I paid for other banks found loop holes to avoid pay outs. I’ll never go back to a big bank again.

I still go to the Hill Ave location even when I have to drive across the city. Their customer service is above and beyond and everyone is really friendly.

Deposited my check on the 31st and was today it would be 4-5 days it is now the 8th and my money is still not in my account they are holding on to my money to collect my interest this is ridiculous

Will reopen an account they closed themselves to steal a cheque sent to them in error, a week before Christmas, and then try to lie about it. Don't trust with your money
