Much like you’ll read in other reviews, they have been harassing me for years. Threatening me with bankruptcy and legal action for a debt that has been past the 2 year time period for several years now.They absolute harass and try to scare people and that’s all they do. Empty threats and bullying.How do you people live with yourselves?

This firm is hilarious but cannot just blame them, their client in this case International Credit Adjustors has a role in this as well. You see they have had communication regarding the matter they had in their office after they contacted an associate of mine claiming that a debt was owed. Problem is that the matter was settled years ago and even without that the matter was statute barred as well for any legal actions to be commenced. So that was dealt with and never thought of again until TPH decided to send an email threatening litigation at which time they were advised to check the stat date before any more communication was attempted, included was a cease and desist order as well. Must add that their client also purchased the debt for maybe 30 cents on the dollar maybe less. A week ago an email shows up threating again and includes this lineAS OF YOU HAVE COMMITTED AN ACT OF BANKRUPTCY by your failure to satisfy this claim despite our demands of payment for 6 months as listed in section 42(1)(j) of the BIA as you have ceased to meet your liabilities generally as they become due.Your file has been assigned to our firm with the intention of filing an Application for Bankruptcy Order (Application") with the Court

They keep calling to try and squeeze my late grandfather's credit card debt out of us. It was solely in his name, we had no knowledge of it, and we're not stupid. We know our rights. Keep threatening us and we'll see what kind of harassment suit follows.

A criminal enterprise. They had been threatening me with a law suite for a frivolous cell phone charge that happened 8 years ago!.Canadian authorities should investigate these people and prosecute them. If you get an email from these criminals, understand that it is fake and an extortion attempt. Report it to law enforcement.

They are so annoying calling everyday this is Harassment, I’m on the verge of getting a cease and desist order on them. These collections agencies are all the same they try and threaten you but nothing ever comes of it.

These scammers are incredibly irritating. They call me every day with an automated message, and despite my repeated attempts to have my number removed, they have not done so. I have informed them that I am not the person they are looking for and that this number may have been reassigned to me. Even after blocking their number, they continue to leave voicemails. I will be taking further action against them since they are harassing other people as well. Additionally, I suggest that Google adds a ZERO stars" option to their rating system."

Would give zero stars, if I could. I've been getting calls from this company for about a year now, but they don't even have anything to do with me! I've told the caller several times that I have relayed the message to the person they wish to reach, and that's all I can do. I've also requested they stop calling me, as I've done everything I can, and more than I legally had to, and relayed the message, but they continue to call, usually once a day, and leave messages for the other person. This is harassment, at this point, and certainly doesn't paint the company in a decent light. I'm honestly considering speaking to an actual lawyer about the situation.

Don’t acknowledge any debt you don’t owe, especially if it’s over 7 years old they can’t report it on your credit report. Any payment you make will reset the statute of limitations (normally 2 years) and they may be able to sue you. Otherwise let them spend thousands of dollars paying employees to call you on top of the old debt they bought, they will go bankrupt eventually.Edit- also if you have an iPhone you can silence unknown callers meaning they go directly to voicemail and you’ll never even know they called. Hope this helps prevent more people falling victim to this scam. Cheers.

Wow, that's about all I have to say. They call me and my wife non stop over an old debt that has already been written off and is past the statute of limitations. My wife has told them to stop calling her because it was never even her debt and that's not my number, the guys response have fun with the phone calls" and hung up and sure enough it still continues. I've told them to beat it and stop calling me numerous times because the debt is already written off. Yet they continue to phone from multiple numbers
