I am really satisfied with their job! They fixed the fender and the door on my Lexus. I have not seen any difference with the car before the accident.It became even better :)

I went back to Fix Auto because of the service I got the first time for a car accident, no complaints. However the second time I went it was to have minor body work done. I asked that the rear quarter panel be repaired for rust and the headlights bezels replaced because they were glazing over. They welded a piece of metal in the location of the rust but within a year it started rusting again. I was given weird advice that any repair they do would rust because of existing rust in the rest of the metal body of the car. Funny how the only rust that appeared is in the same area of the repair and nowhere else. The replacement bezel was broken so it couldn't be aligned but I wasnt told about this.

Secretary was vey rude and dismissive. Told me I had until 430 to pick up my car despite being at wrk or I would have to pay the rental car fee for the day.Car also had additional scratches on the door mechanic mentioned he saw my post on google reviews.
