I've been coming to this salon for years and can only trust Jenny with my nails. I had an appointment and found out she is no longer at this salon. I found her at Nails Experts St Catharines so I will be going there now!

I went in for a fill and it’s the best experience I’ve ever had. I had the man shape my nails and I believe Vivian paint them! They were both super friendly and nice! The man kept checking to make sure I was okay and that he wasn’t hurting me, and Vivian did a great job on the design! The place was clean & the staff made you feel super comfortable, they were laughing and joking along with me about the long weekend coming up. Will be going here for now on.

Don’t waste you’re money. I went in during the day around 2:30 for 2 pedicures after calling to make the appointment. The facility was fairly clean and the chairs were nice. The pedicure was below average for the high cost of $50 before tax. They did an adequate job cleaning my toes and removing the callus from my heels and aside from painting my toes that was the entire experience. There was no exfoliating scrub or lotion applied to my feet or legs, there was no massage or use of hot stones (which is common practice at every other place I’ve been) the person I went to my appointment with finished before me and they rushed through the rest of mine. For the $50 I spent I could have had a much more enjoyable experience at many other salons.

Been coming here about 10 years, Regularly (1-2 times/month) for 5 years now. It's gone way downhill. Jenny and Vi are amazing, Tom and Kim are good and friendly. The shellac selections are dwindling. The colours I choose they don't have but don't update the wheels. Fine. Lately a new girl has been painting my nails and it's not good. The nails are see through and the colour needs more coats to achieve the colour on the wheel but she won't apply them. 2 times now I've left with a couple nails without a second coat. I mentioned something 3 times this recent visit not trying to be rude but still left unhappy. I will be trying somewhere else now unfortunately. I know it must cost a lot to run a business in these times and I want to stay loyal but I am spending MY hard earned money for a service and I am no longer being satisfied.

Jenny is amazing! I moved here a year ago and have been searching for a nail artist without any success until my neighbour recommended Kim’s nails and to see Jenny! I am so happy I did! I will not use anyone else she is amazing and friendly.

I asked for Ballerina nail shape, got square even after asking her to make it more thin like the ballerina shape, my nail lengths are all un even, my cuticles were almost bleeding from the lady using the machine nail file for 2 minutes on each finger, the lady also did one finger at a time the whole process witch made it take 2 hours just to get short acrylic nails, then when I went to pay tried charging me 80$. I did get chrome but there's no way acrylic chrome nails that are short could add up to that much, I been getting my nails done for years and most I paid was 70 and that was for designer nails. Very disappointed in my nails and will be getting them re done tomorrow unfortunately.

I came today for a pedicure… this used to be one of the best places ! Not sure what has happened over the years, totally disappointing and I won’t be returning. The lady doing my pedicure I’m pretty sure had no idea what she was doing at all.. I had to ask her to clean out my nail beds, which she did last so my shellac is uneven and lumpy. I have three toes that are bleeding that she cut. Our feet are so important to our health there shouldn’t be someone doing pedi’s doesn’t properly know how

I mostly go there, the price is right and they do a good job!

Kim's Nails is the absolute best! My nails are always done beautifully. And they do AMAZING designs. I always have a wonderful experience! I've posted some of the nails I've had done there in the last year.

Kim and Tom run one of the most comfortable salons I have ever been to.Every single member of the team has strong interpersonal skills, and make you feel like you are amongst friends.They are quick to accommodate clients with disabilities, and are always so happy.Customers who are reviewing to say they have been denied service if they walk in while it’s empty, this is because customers do make appointments, and a walk-in customer cannot just take their pre-booked appointment.The small team at Kim’s work tirelessly 6 days a week.
