This bakery made a chocolate pie for me in late 2020 and it was the best! The balance between sweet and chocolatey was perfect. The crust was good, but the fillings were stealing the show. Could not have asked for a better x-mas gift.Thank you.

AMAZING!! This woman makes the best cakes with the most moist insides and the creamiest frostings in the area. You can order maple-frosted cake, which is something you can't get in most other parts of the world.

Best homemade donuts ever. Cannot wait til next time I am in Sherbrooke to stock up on some. They bring me back to my childhood memories of going to pick out some treats with my parents as a little kid and when we’d get birthday cakes from there they were always the absolute best.
