Overall it was a great experience! Loved my nails and the place is very clean and organized. The staff was very nice and made sure I was happy with my nails! Definitely come here if you’re looking to get your nails done

Enchanted Nail Boutique
As soon as I sat down, the nail technician didn't seem to be friendly, she didn't even say hi. I showed her an inspo photo of what I wanted. She didn't ask once if I had any comments about her work throughout the service. As she was filing my nail bed, she cuts my cuticle and doesn't apologize. At the end of the service, no greetings still. She just talked to her coworker the whole time I was there. In comparison to other technicians, they at least asked their clients how their nails was. So unprofessional.

I have been going to enchanted nails for 2 years. I used to go to the Sureey location but the Burnaby location is super cute too. It’s the absolute best in town. Linda is my nail technician and she is the best.She is very kind and her work is eloquent. Try this salon and you will never go to any other salon ever.

I was surprised my sister and I managed to get a last minute appointment for pedicures. It is a really nice looking, clean salon. Friendly staff, you don't feel awkward" there.My only complaint is that I asked for the pedicure with massage and only got an express
