Canadian Auto Mall

Dealing with the sales department was great, and I even interacted mostly with the owner. Despite them not having another car I desired on their lot, they were more than happy to look into buying, cosigning, or auctioning off my used car. Very transparent process, my favorite used car dealer in town! Would not hesitate buying from them if they had what I wanted.

Beware of their policies because they don't stay true to them when it comes time to pay up! Before I bought I had the car inspected by the Original Equipment Manufacturer. The front & rear brakes and tires were strong recommended replacement. Cad. Auto Mall refused to agree with the CAR MANUFACTURER EXPERTS. It took a lot of convincing for the Cad. Auto Mall to replace the brakes but they finally agreed in order to close the sale. Then they got super shady, they told me the car was ready and all brakes were replaced but I asked to see receipts for the new parts and they only had proof for the rear brakes. They assured me the rear & front were replaced, before I'd agree to take the car I made them sign a contract reflecting their claim but they would not sign because they were lying. I told them I wouldn't pick up the car until they could prove all brakes were replaced. Later that day the Cad. Auto Mall called me and confessed the front brakes had NOT been replaced. Now for the tires, the tires should have been replaced, the manufacture dealership said they had almost no life on them left. Cad. Auto Mall put a penny in the tread to show me all the life left in the tires...as if a penny is any indication on the safety of tires (if that isn't an indication these people aren't experts I don't know what is)... but I was so fed up with dealing with these guys and I was putting winter tires on anyway so I said f it" and let them win that battle. Fast forward to summer

I was looking at a Honda Fit they had on their website. Craig did not hesitate to let me take a longer test drive. He was very low pressure. Loved the car and began the process of buying it.Turns out the financing did not work out, despite Craig's best attempts. He did not give up and thought of a Honda Civic on their lot that might suit me. 1 day later and and 1 long test drive later, Craig was right, the Civic was a better match and with approved financing to boot.Craig's sales style matched my customer style. We laughed, we had fun and I bought a car I truly enjoy and Craig got his sale. Would recommend Craig at Canadian Auto Mall for low pressure, easy going nature and honest demeanour.The vehicles on their lot appear to be good vehicles. I had a Toyota Avalon and a VW sportswagen that I considered from there as well. Good variety of cars on hand.I also collaborated with one of their techs and he seemed genuine when he assessed my trade in. Good shopping experience at Canadian Auto Mall. 5 stars

Wonderful car buying experience! I bought exactly the car I had wanted to buy new, but without taking the hit on the drive-it-off-the-lot depreciation. We kept Richard busy for a couple of hours retrieving cars for us to test drive, and he was cheerful and happy to help the whole time - even when we tested 5 identical cars from a recent fleet acquisition! Ott was amazing with the finance part, helping me (a very new arrival in Canada without credit history) get the loan that the new-car dealership wouldn't, and worked with my Toronto-based cosigner electronically (which the new-car dealership wouldn't). The car is amazing, the Canadian Auto mall staff is amazing, and the process was the best. Strongly recommend.

Had tried many competitor dealerships and no one came close to Canadian auto mall. The 2nd vehicle my family purchases here. Laid back yet very professional, no tricks or games. Overall a very positive, no pressure experience . Craig is the best around

The service department practices feel shady. There had been battery issues but we were told they replaced the battery. Which they did, but they replaced the battery for our SUV with a battery for a sedan so we continued to have battery problems.We discovered right after we bought the car that there was an issue with the power windows. We brought it back and they said they'd get it fixed at the subaru dealership but the earliest appointment was 2 months out. Two days before our appointment, they called us saying they cancelled the appointment and would just order in the part and do it in house. 3 months later, we call them about the part and were told oh

I am so happy with the new car sitting in my driveway! We have test driven cars at this dealership before but were never able to quite get what met our needs before now. This time I had to decide between two cars that would have been perfect for me. I decided on a Subaru Outback and I am so happy with it so far.Our first contact was with Richard who was a fantastic salesperson. No pressure, great suggestions and willing to answer my questions. Then when we were ready to move ahead we dealt with Craig to take care of the final numbers and financing. We were able to work out a good deal while having a few laughs. It was a very laid back experience. We were able to get the car a few days after signing the papers.It's the little things that make a difference. When I picked up the new car, Craig moved my trade in out of the way and then when he was pulling my new car up he set the radio station to the one I had been listening to in my old car. A simple little thing to make my new car feel like it belongs to me right away.I definitely recommend this dealership and although I won't need a new car for a long time we will definitely look here first.

Great experience! Very professional, open, and honest at every step. They encouraged us to ask questions, to take our time in the decision-making process. They stayed low-pressure but enthusiastic throughout the process. When it came time to make a decision, Craig was able to find the right car for us at the best price possible for us. Have bought two cars from him so far. (We went for the extended warranty and it's paid off on both cars, it's great peace of mind).

What can I say about these guys!? Amazingly friendly, no pressure, easy to talk to. I bought my last vehicle from a bigger dealership where they spoke to only my partner and not me who was buying it. I went to Canadian Auto Mall by myself with my mom and we WEREN'T talked down to or talked to like we didn't know what we were doing. We felt so comfortable like family! So glad I found my new beauty there! P.S my Jeep is there ;) go BUY :)

I am a repeat customer and there are reasons why I return to this dealership.I recently bought my third car from Canadian Auto Mall. The prices may be similar to other dealers, but the mileage is lower and vehicle quality much better.I had issues with the tires on my most recent purchase and the salesperson provided another pair with no issue and one the spot.Quality products and quality service. This is why I keep going back.
