Ken and the team at Genesis have always been so professional, responsive, friendly and helpful with our security-related questions and requests. We were referred to Ken by a friend/colleague after our home was broken into - I wish we had made that call earlier to avoid the stress! The peace of mind at home has finally returned, and I'm really glad we were able to support a local business at the same time. I had Ken come in to do a battery replacement job for my alarm system. He was super knowledgeable and professional, and really took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. He was also very friendly and talkative, which made the visit very pleasant and non-awkward. I would definitely recommend Ken and Genesis Alarms to my friends!

Ken's customer service is OUTSTANDING! He is very friendly and professional as well as extremely knowledgeable and reliable. I am tremendously satisfied with the alarm he installed in our home many years ago. Excellent service and follow up. Ken replaced my old security system with a new one. He gave me a couple of choices and explained the benefits of each. He answered all my questions and called a few days after the initial installation to check if everything worked well, and if I still had any questions. He is friendly and professional. I am a very happy customer and will definitely recommend Ken and his business to my friends.
