Shout out to RN Alexa who really took very good care of my mom in psychiatry. She actually takes the time to talk with her patients, asks how they are feeling, and is a fantastic listener. Thank you as well to our social worker Elena who worked very hard to help find a residence for my mom to live during a very difficult period in her life. Bless you both!

I think it used to be better . Maybe in the past I would have given it 4 stars. It’s gotten progressively worse. Checked my medical records today and there are a lot of inaccuracies and missing important information in many of the doctors’ notes. And when levels in my lab results were low or high, no one bothered to tell me. I was always told everything was normal. I give two stars because at least decently good records were written down and kept even if not always true or properly followed up with to future doctors or myself and I had to request the records to see it all. Often getting services requires asking about them and reminding about follow up. Still haven’t gotten a scan of my brain despite having a pretty intense brain injury in 2019. I would love for my doctor to be changed. Sonia Berkani was very dismissive. She didn’t believe me when I said I had brain fog then sent me for a blood test and didn’t followed up about it. I just see now that my urea was so low I could have been having renal or kidney failure. Now I have to go get that checked again lol wow

This hospital has very rude people from the receptionists to the nurses . No empathy for the patients nor the family , even thought I completely understand the health services has always been very weak , the ones working should remember why they went in this field to begin with …. I have witness staff spending time on their cell and talking among themselves rather then rushing to see a patient ringing for help and just taking their time.I am extremely disappointed with the health services this hospital provides , especially when dealing with elderly people , incredibly sad …

Doctors at the ER from my experience has caused me to mistrust them. I was suppose to get a referral and a call to an Internist specialist after the hypertension urgency episode I had. But after checking with a friend of mine who is a nurse there, said that it was not done. Also my friend said that the blood test that the doctors performed for my organce was not done as well, while I was assure that it was and everything was ok. Only the test for my Hemoglobin level from loosing blood was done. The nurses do their best to keep the patients calm from what I see. But i feel as the ER doctors wants to just bypass and get through with the next patient unless you are dying. Its frustrating to hear them tell you that its been taking care of when its not.

Last week I came into the ER at 11pm with a breathing difficulty.I was triaged immediately and admitted.Thankfully nothing was found and was sent home the next am.From beginning to end I was treated with empathy and respect.I have nothing but praise for all those individuals who took care of me.Thank you

Shout out to Phidds, triage nurse at the birthing centre, who gave us such amazing and personalized care. My experience with the staff, services, and wait times has been wonderful overall. Thank you all!

Got brought in for a psychiatrict issue. The nurses who did my intake were very nice, however the place wasnt clean, graffiti all over the walls, no pillows for the beds, and the food they served me for breakfast made me terribly sick, clearly was very old scrambled eggs in a cardboard container. They wouldn't provide me with a prescription for any medication just made me sign a form for a referral and told me I could leave.

I waited almost 13 hours at the emergency and they seemed careless of patients, what a awful hospital honestly I don’t recommend to anyone who has pain and wanna see a doctor to go there seriously !

Very busy. Even with an appointment, you have to wait. Arrived for 9:15 and finished around noon. It's hard to find parking. Lots of traffic. Masks and hand sanitizer are available at entrance. Staff are friendly and are able to communicate in multiple languages. It is a large hospital so you need to know where you are going.
