New owners recently. They are completely winging it with little to no experience or love for dogs. Please don't bring your fur babies here. I'd give zero stars unfortunately.

Very disappointed with how this place is run lately, we will no longer be coming here.To be clear, I believe that the staff do their best and care for the pets, but management is giving big time scammer vibes lately. They've gone from a trustworthy pet-loving company to an overwhelmed, disorganized and greedy business.A few weeks ago they made a Facebook post stating their drop off/pickup hours were changing for the summer. Suddenly, it was no longer possible to pick up or drop off your dog on Sunday mornings.They did this without any notice and when people starting complaining in their comments, they immediately deleted the comments and restricted the post so that no one can comment on their decision. Because of this, you're forced to leave your dog an extra day and pay for that extra day when all you actually need is the Saturday night.They also raised their prices, and when you book a service (even weeks in advance) there is no guarantee that they will provide it. I booked a nail trim, which does not take longer than a few minutes for them to do, and when I picked up my dog they said they weren't able to do the nail trim as they were too busy and had too many dogs". I found this extremely concerning and ironic. You're forcing people to leave their dog for an extra day yet complain that you have too many dogs? If they can't provide a service I booked ahead of time which takes a maximum of 5 minutes

My dog is happy going in and coming out so I take it she has a good time. Though it would be great that they run on grass/earth instead of just concrete slab. Friendly staff

This is one of the best place to board your dog for a few days or more, or even for the day (9 am to 4 pm). Not very expensive for what they offer. All dogs are vetted by pros before they take them.They also offer a large indoor and outdoor playing area with 6+ feet fence (important for jumping dogs). This is a great place that i recommend to anyone looking for a place to board dog or as a doggy daycare!Another fun thing is they try to post picts of the dogs on their facebook page so you can see your dog while you are away. Kinda cool and reassuring.

Really good place to bring your dog for the day. There grooming is also very good. I haven´t tried overnight but would not hesitate to take my Shih Tzu.

Our dog comes home super happy. However I can't give 5/5 because other doggy daycares have cameras where we can see our dogs all day. I'm sure a lot of owners would love that. Or at least more pictures through out the day.

Great kennel. Nice staff and clean place

This place is just amazing, they are extremely nice when it comes to grooming my 2 small dogs. They ask a lot of questions wanting to know how you want your dog to look and they follow it perfectly. They call me when the dog is ready but it does take a while like 3 to 4 hours. Amazing amazing amazing

Bad customer service. Also we book to go pick up our dogs on a certain day and time and they suddently sent us an email after booking that they will be close that day so we can only pick our dog up another day. Employees will be in to feed the dgos but for some reason i cant pick him up at the same time. Its really bad. We had plan to go away with our dog that day now we had to postpone our trip because we can no longer pick him uo when we were suppose to. Not cool

Great service! My dog Ghost always have a bunch of fun and you can see that the employees are taking good care of our fur babies !
