Innova Physio & Sports Rehab - Hamilton Mountain Lime Ridge Center

I've been going to Innova Physio for a many years now to see Srikant Nair, the best physiotherapist in Hamilton. Srikant is very knowledgeable explains the procedure he is carrying out and send you home with exercises to help get you back on track fast. Although I haven't used the other services Innova has to offer the staff is friendly and courteous. Shirley at the front desk is awesome, friendly and always helpful. I would definitely recommend coming here to see Srikant for your physio needs.

Kriti is a wonderful physio therapist, with many years of expertise. She is kind, knowledgeable, and remarkably intelligent. She has helped my hip tendinopothy with exercises and treatment, and is charming while doing it. Thank you so much!!

They are also very accommodating with last minute changes and cancellations. No feesEasy parking. All staff here are as stated above - 5 ⭐️ and more. I have not worked with everyone and would not hesitate to use the other staff.I will miss them when I have completed my physio sessions.

I spent the last few months visiting Kriti for an ankle injury. She was amazing, giving me a great treatment plan and did an amazing job in-treatment. I’ve come here several times for past injuries and I’m always treated well and the physiotherapists always do an amazing job.

Ashley is amazing at what she does! First time going to an Osteopath and I'm so glad i did! I could barely breath because my back and shoulder muscles were so tight/pulled. On my first visit she released so much of the tension. I only had to see her 3 times to be fully healed! Now whenever I feel I'm starting to get tight/pain I make an appointment to see her. Thank you Ashley, you work miracles!

Kriti is amazing! She is super nice and educated. She was also very patient and informal. She took me through every exercise/treatment and explained to me why the pain was happening and what the treatment helped with. I have had ankle problems for years and am on my way to rehabilitating them and getting back to 100% all thanks to Kriti and innova physio!

I have been seeing Kriti now since the beginning of March. I came in after months of immobility and one sided pain coming from my lower back, hips, and even my knee. I am now in my 5th week of physio with Kriti and I feel immeasurably better. I still have a long way to go but Kriti has got me to a place i never thought I would be back at. I am mostly out of pain now but still have some ways until I regain my full mobility and active abilities. She really listens to your needs, sets realistic goals to keep you motivated, and is very knowledgable in body anatomy. I am looking forward to where I will be at week 10 and even week 20.-Roger

Manali is an excellent physiotherapist who provided great hand physiotherapy for my elderly mother. She was always kind, understanding and very knowledgeable and skilled. The treatment was very beneficial.I would certainly recommend Manali and this well run clinic.

I am in a lot of chronic pain and was very sceptical of what physiotherapy could do. Manali’s kind and attentive support got me through this first session. I feel that there is hope for relief of this bilateral shoulder pain and limited range of motion. Thank you
