If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is a stagnant pool of laziness and government waste. Sat there for hours needing a simple license renewal. 4 of the 16 desks had workers. 2 of those 4 actually did work. The others were there simply to gather a pay cheque. It functions exactly how we’ve gotten used to government working. Old, outdated, slow, then nasty when you think you have the right to ask what’s taking so long. Disgusting establishment, avoid at all costs.

Hi everyoneI went to upgrade my IDs and the male receptionist was so rude talking the way like he didn’t like his job at all. People go to the reception to ask about the inquiries not to get insulted. Not a good experience at all:(, who’s ever managing this place , they should replace him with someone professional.

Compared to the awful, discouraging experience I have had at the Dieppe location, it was refreshing to be served quite quickly, politely, and be offered even to get two things done at once since I was already here. The man serving me seemed newer, but took initiative multiple times to go and ask questions/ask for help when he was stuck. Very polite reception and employees. I'd rather drive extra now to go to this location as opposed to the Dieppe one.

Waited two hours for vehicle registration before a staff member came out and told me they would not be able to serve me today because they were only doing certain types of requests today.Plan for extreme wait times.Noteworthy that they only validate the first hour of parking so you will require paid parking in order to be served.

Quick service and kind staff! New renovations look great and seem to be providing quicker service! Went in for a driver’s abstract and was in and out within 15 minutes! Very impressed!

Had a beautiful experience with ‘Bonnie’ . She was not only thorough but friendly! My sons loved her! She stood for every top quality of service one would want at a government parastatal. Bless her heart! Look for her; she would make your day!

I called the 1888 number on Wednesday the 5th of April to find out if it would be open on the 8th of April…easter weekend. The call center confirmed it was.. not to just me either.. 25 others who was waiting in line found out that it was opene. No notice or nothing on the door..

Friendly and helpful staff. You can skip the line by scanning a QR code and getting an e-ticket. If you are switching your driver's license between NS, NB and PEI, it's free, which is great. You get a temporary paper license and your proper card comes in the mail in 2 weeks.
