Good selection when shopping this week. Great sales on sweaters and shirts for men! They need to add a 3rd cashier though. Line goes very slowly especially when waiting and seeing some people not practicing social distancing or mask wearing. OMG, the guy in front of me in the line pulled his mask down to yawn with conviction.

I had a bad experience with a cashier over Christmas. I purchased about $600 and the security tag was left on. I had to go back the next day and the female who served me was rude and inexperienced. I haven’t been back since, time to find a new brand.

The quality is still there, not like 10-15 years ago, but still decent. $180 for two golf shorts after a 25% and 15% discount which was absurd, but hope they last! They have drastically increased prices like everywhere else.

I was extremely unimpressed by the experience I had in this store. There are so many people inside at any given time it is actually quite difficult to see any of the clothing, and nearly impossible to try anything on. Making a purchase here is infinitely more difficult than simply ordering the same items online, especially considering there are no discounts on the items sold in this outlet" store anyway. Just parking alone takes upwards of 20 minutes

First visit in years, store over crowed with employees yet help wasn’t readily available. Racks and tables unorganized, floors full of dust bunnies. Someone needs to manage the shop.I’m forced to rate a star or else post would not go through.

Got good deals sometimes, customer service is very good

Went their for first time, everything was good but had a really bad customer service experience. The female cashier was so aggressive and didn’t even greet and was rude, they should get that cashier replaced!

Firstly, just so everyone who reads this knows, the entire boxing day sale is a scam. It's fake, if you browse through a few men's jackets you'll see they all have the same price suspicious right? Not as suspicious as literally seeing on the jacket where they tore the tag off from the price it was before. So they mark all the prices up to the price of the most expensive jacket, and the 50% sale of equates to what the prices were a few days ago. So really there is no sale and your being tricked.But that unfortunate and disheartening fact isn't even why I'm writing the review. I called the store in the morning and I asked the employee, do you have a certain crewneck that's listed on the website, he tells me yes. I say can I have the price, he said let me check I'll be right back and I held on the phone for 10 minutes and nobody came so I hung up.I thought to myself, I'm free today I may as well go to the store anyway. I go, and not only do they not have the crewneck I asked about, but apparently they never had it to begin with. So I said ok I'm here I'll look around, I see a nice polo bear sweater, its supposed to be 25% off, (because that's what they advertise) I bring it up to the counter and he said for this item only

Poor customer service, very rude and arrogant.Specially the manager at this store, her attitude was very disgusting. She put me on blast on cashier counter even they made a mistake. They forgot to remove security tag. As a result of this I had to visit here again from richmond hill.
