My partner usually picks up the dogs and it took awhile for me to decide to say something once I found out that this is a family business run by the wife of the guy who used to puppy mill pitbulls. It’s absolutely him. I made sure. They are Rob and Terry Moody. It was always him that had the puppies for sale out of his house. It’s too small a city to try and ‘go straight’ in the dog community after doing that for so many years. We won’t be coming here anymore and I wish I’d known before supporting this business.

I have a pet rat that needs his teeth clipped on a regular basis. Terri is always so willing to help with Scar even though he's a rat:) He wouldn't be around today without her! I've been impressed with professionalism and touched by her kindness!

We have been going to Lavender for years. Our dogs and us have been treated like family and recently we forgot to make an appointment. I called and they were very accommodating. All grooming has been excellent.

Yesterday was the first time my dog Oswald went to have a trim and wash. I am so great full to the people who worked with him. I felt so at ease when I picked him up and saw all the dogs well cared for. No one was locked away and they were able to be as a unit. Well worth the money. Also they were quick with him, not making him sit all day. Bonus he is like a walking air fresher of lavender. He smells so good.
