My daughter visited the square one location today and received amazing service. An employee named Juan was the one who helped her out and he was incredible helpful. He took time to help her with all her concerns and even made us laugh in the process. Thanks Juan

Fantastic service. I had a large order with 1 item that was done with a minor error that I noticed later. I went back and they made a new one for me without hesitation. The boys are always polite and professional. Great service.

If you want quality merchandise as well as good customer service don't bother with this location or chain even. I ordered in bulk and obviously left after one was made correctly, to give them well enough time to do the rest. However, it appears these staff need to be constantly monitored to spell names correctly. 4/15 of my sweaters are incorrect. Thanks to the manager as well, for doing absolutely nothing.

Great staff at Square One location. Very polite, helpful and efficient. This is my second time coming back and I love my first sweater which the team was very patient with when I was getting it done.

This location is amazing! I ordered an Itachi shirt and it came out just right and cantered. The team worked amazingly especially the two staff named Jeffery and John. Amazing costumer service couldn’t be more happier! I wanted this shirt for my son and he loved it. Thanks to them he had the best birthday ever! Definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing shop! Ryan provided excellent services and was super helpful with searching and selecting the custom designs. He also explained the washing instructions for a longer life of the hoods

I spontaneously decided to check out t-shirt time to inquire about getting shirts printed for my business and I'm thrilled with the service I received. Hector, the staff member who assisted me, was truly fantastic - he was patient, incredibly helpful, and made me feel comfortable asking questions. It was a breath of fresh air not to feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone. Hector took the time to ensure that I was satisfied with every stage of the process. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
