I really liked the staff, so helpful and extremely friendly. They have very good color options in 2XL. Big thanks for the support staff for genuinely helping out the customers.

Staff was friendly but missing basic stuff the US stores have, hoodies and fleece pullovers. Just expensive jackets and other high ticket items.

The quality of the jacket was bragged a lot more than what it is. The shell and the liner are perfect, but I express numerous concerns about the plastic zippers before I purchased my $450 jacket in the Calgary store, and I was assured if I had any problem at anytime with the zipper, during the lifetime of the jacket, I could bring it back for repair or replacement. Not sure if I was mislead, or the sales rep was misinformed. I even bought an extra vest to fit in for extra warmth, which I can tell you it totally kept me easily warm at -40.This is the wonderful jacket I'm just hoping the support for the product is there to be had.I just need the zipper redone. Please help me..... this is my favorite jacket!I haven't been able to find an email or phone number or address to be able to voice my concerns, so I apologize for having to do this on Google.

I'm very petite and they carry my size = rare! The quality of their clothes is usually excellent, and their prices on sale are reasonable. However, I am disappointed that they have cut their military discount to 10% from 15%. Lulu Lemon gives a 30% military discount. EB clothing has some great colours and styles, and my favourite item of all time is the First Ascent pant - I don't wear jeans at alk anymore and just these pants.

The sales associates are great at this location. Very engaging and helpful. I was looking for a product I had seen online previously but could not remember the name. The associate assisting me was able to not only find the clothing item, alerted me of the current sale on said item, and then also helped me order an unavailable colour to be delivered to my home. Without her assistance I likely would not have purchased anything.

Friendly staff who knew where to find what I was looking for. Plus a 130 dollar jacket on sale for 50 dollars at this time. A nice surprise.

Clothes are great but online shopping needs work. I ordered two pairs of pants online, paid extra for express shipping and they showed up after the dates that would have been normal shipping ( a week and a half). And the tracking number I got was unavailable" so I couldn't even see where they were."

Ships fine but you can't return as Customer Service has never heard of Canada. They keep sending me US Postal Service return tags even though they shipped it TO ME in Canada. Plus they charge $9 fee for returns. Except I sent them back and never got my credit and am out $200 Expensive mistake. Contacting them does no good. They give you the run around so they don't have to issue a credit. Instead of my $200 credit they keep offering me a $40 gift card. Why would I ever buy from them again?
