They just opened and its currently insanely busy, but the staff work diligently and are in high spirits considering the complexity fo the customizable orders. It's very nice on the inside, well decorated and the branding is consistent across the shop. We ordered the OneZo Fruit Tea and the Jasmine Milk Tea both with OneZo Tapioca (we did a combination of purple and mango for the fruit tea and the addition of sesame for the second one).I must say I have never had better tapioca. You can even watch them make it in the front window. The mixture of fruits in the Fruit Tea was divine. I was hesitant about set sugar but it wasnt too sweet, it was just right. The Milk tea was perfectly milky without being overpoweringAlso kudos to the guy in charge for running the front while insanely busy and training a bunch of new people in the front and back of the tea shop!

You won’t regret choosing OneZo Tapioca for all your bubble tea needs. I thoroughly enjoyed my Brown Sugar Jasmine Latte! The homemade tapioca pearls were fantastically delicious.

One of our favourite bubble tea places in the area. Amazing customer service. Great selection of drinks. Non-dairy option available. Our favourites are strawberry mochi nuinui, totaro tapioca milk tea, and peach oolong milk tea with mochi and purple rice. New management has made nice improvements.

love this spot the staff is always nice with great customer service. its cute, quiet and a great spot to just sit on my computer for a couple hours. i miss the round cups tho <33

I recently visited a bubble tea store with high hopes of enjoying a refreshing and satisfying drink. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing due to a major mistake with my order.To my surprise and dismay, I received the wrong drink entirely. Instead of the delicious and carefully crafted bubble tea that I had eagerly anticipated, I was handed a completely different beverage that didn't match my preferences or expectations. It was a letdown right from the first sip.Not only was the drink not what I had ordered, but the taste was also unappealing. The flavors were off, and it lacked the signature sweetness and balance that are characteristic of a well-made bubble tea. It was evident that the wrong ingredients had been used, resulting in a drink that was simply unenjoyable.To make matters worse, when I brought the issue to the attention of the staff, they seemed indifferent and unapologetic. There was no effort made to rectify the mistake or offer a suitable solution. The lack of customer service and responsiveness further added to my disappointment and frustration.

The place was very quiet when we went there. They have great selection of milk tea. I like how they have a mini menu for 'customer's favourite' which was very helpful when its your first time going. Its definitely worth a visit but there was nothing really that stands out.

While hanging out with a friend, we decided to visit OneZo. It's near McMaster University, and it just recently opened for business. I ordered the Merona Milk Tea with OneZo tapioca, and I was happy with my choice. Merona milk tea consists of honeydew melon flavor so it's nice and refreshing. I also like how it's not watery and you can taste the flavors of the fruit and the tea. You can add any kind of tapioca. I went with OneZo tapioca as the rainbow colors caught my eye. The good thing about it is that it's home-made right in the shop. The red color isn't from food coloring, instead it's from a puree of pear cactus. So I like the healthier option. Furthermore, the tapioca is a soft chew, which I like as well.The service was efficient, and the staff was friendly.Yup. I would visit this tea shop again for sure.

Good service, clean, in a nice neighbourhood. The strawberry mochi niuniu is a recommended drink but personally didn't really enjoy it, the taro drinks are great though!

not that great. ordered a large brown sugar and they gave me a small. my mom ordered less sugar and they put 50%. it seemed like our orders were not listened to. my brown sugar lacked flavour and was not sweet enough for that to be the default sweetness. i wouldn’t want to come back unfortunately.
