Small business beware...1. The sales rep JM who signed me up repeatedly ignored my requests for any kind of solid price list. I still haven't received one. Tried to get me to commit to high priced custom options I didn't need without telling me about lower options when I was very specific about having a budget.2. Brought in higher quality products to show me and for my first delivery. Replaced them with lower quality products the next delivery and of course, told me that the low quality ones were actually the ones I'd signed up for and the higher quality towels are more expensive.3. When I asked about cancelling my contract, the rep stopped responding to me and still hasn't more than a month later. Class act.Not impressed Cintas. Definitely don't recommend to small business owners who don't have time for this nonsense.

Awful service. Rarely show up with all of the products they're supposed to and make no effort to fix it. Time and time again. Nobody returned my messaged to discuss it or get me in contact with the general manager. They also threatened me with having to pay out the contract THEY CAN'T FULFILL. Pathetic.

Great place to work

I wanted to cancel my contract and save $200 per week, but, alas, the good old AUTO RENEW" in the fine print (which they don't tell you about) leaves almost two years on my contract. Unless I sign a new deal I'm stuck with them. And even then they don't guarantee the price."

I'm unsure of their services but faced one of their extremely unpleasant drivers on the road. This young driver dangerously cut me off on Victoria road in Guelph and then got out of his vehicle to approch my car at a red light after I had honked at him for driving dangerously. He was not overly aggressive nor did he swear but it was highly inappropriate and confrontational. I believe the license plate started with AK -9

Really enjoy working for Cintas and providing customers with all their work related needs. Over all my experience has been great.
